Hate Crime: Soldier Killed for Being White
Active Duty soldier was stabbed to death by a group of black men in a parking lot in Lakewood. Police said the men were shouting racial comments. According to KOMO NEWS “20-year-old Tevin Geike was walking with two other white soldiers along Pacific Highway SW when a group of black men drove by and shouted a racial comment toward the soldiers, the Lakewood Police Department said.”
“One of the soldiers yelled back something about the suspects treating combat soldiers with disrespect,” Lt. Chris Lawler said.
Q13FOX.COM wrote “It was something about them being white. One of the soldiers yelled back about disrespecting combat veterans. The car turned around and five black men got out of the car, surrounded the soldiers, leading to a verbal fight. Lakewood Police say when the driver realized the three were in fact combat veterans he called off his friends but one of the suspects didn’t listen, stabbing the Geike.”

So sad, I used to hang out with Glenn, its really sad to see him cry. Hes still so good looking. I remember Tevin, I saw him a few times while hanging out with others. I cant believe something happened right here in my town, its so weird being on the news again.
Last time Lakewood was on the news, it was cause of those four cops that were shot. I knew those police officers, and one I was very close with. RIP all our truly good active duty, you will be missed.
