The Rapture
- Whether you believe in a pre or post tribulation rapture doesn’t matter. It is not a salvation issue and should never be a cause of division amongst Christians.
- Should we just be preparing to just disappear or should the church be preparing for the greatest revival and acts of evangelism to ever be seen on Earth
- The danger of false belief in a pre trib rapture are that people may take the mark of the beast because they don’t think they will be around for it. Once taken a person will be forever damned.
- Jesus says in Matthew 24:29-31
29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

- This is the biggest argument for a pre-trib rapture but this is actually scripture of the gathering together unto him mentioned in verse 31
Continuing in Matthew 24:38
38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,
This all goes back to verse 31(immediately after the Tribulation).
Then in Matthew 24:40-42
40 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. 42 Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.
Back to Matthew 24:21
21 For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.
Matthew 24:23-27
23 “Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. 24 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. 25 See, I have told you beforehand. 26 “Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it. 27 For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
If we are raptured before the tribulation then why is he warning us not to believe these false reports of his return immediately after the tribulation. Obviously Jesus knew that his church WOULD STILL BE HERE DURING THE TRIBULATION PERIOD.

4 And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. - If we are raptured before the tribulation how is this the first resurrection? What is the resurrection pre-trib enthusiasts are preaching?
- Revelation 20:6
6 Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
- If the people of the first resurrection reign with him for 1000 years what is the pre-tribulation resurrection that supposedly occurs 7 years prior?
In Thessalonica the people were preaching that the 2nd coming was imminent, however Paul writes to them:
2 Thessalonians 2:1-3
2 Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition,
- That day shall not come, except there come a falling away first. The falling away I believe was the Dark Ages. It was time when from 500 AD to 1500 AD where it was against the law to even have bibles and even if people wanted them they were too expensive to purchase. The great falling away of 1000 years.
The 2nd point is then not until the man of sin is revealed. So we cannot be raptured until the Antichrist is revealed. This revealing is the start of the Great Tribulation so we won’t be gathered unto The Lord until after the tribulation.

AT THE LAST TRUMPET…How can we be raptured prior to the last trumpet?

All of the scriptures agree. No scripture supports a pre-tribulation rapture.

Your effort, liberty, seemed more of a treatise on political correctness in order to suppress debate and/or an attempt at obfuscation in order to suggest there is some basis for conjecture. None exists; Scripture is very clear on this, no squinting or leaning the head to the side required.

If you are a novice Christian, do not fall for the trap of a pre-tribulation rapture. While all hell is literally about to break loose, the trap is thinking you will have an easy way out of it. They are oblivious to the sounds of war in the heavenlies and prepare not for what is about to happen. the only rapture to take place will be the gathering of the tares for the birds of the heavens to feast on. Don’t want any part in being regarded as a carcass. ISON fragments will possibly hit the Earth, the vast majority of which is now in an orbit heading North of the Ecliptic in an orbit in which some will eventally one day coincide with that of the Earth in the far far future in the same manner as most meteor showers. ISON was the biggest object to be mistaken for a comet ever to enter the solar system so there is also a probability fragments will hit the Earth in mid January we just do not know if, how many or what size they will be.
