So somebody says something and you believe it?
Clearly the longer that any sensible person spends around Bundy and his group of radicals, the more clear it becomes that his ranch has become a kind of gathering place for all of the Alex Jones conspiracy theorists (Yesterday they went after Glenn Beck), angry racists, and trigger happy sovereign citizens types that were within walking, driving, or hitchhiking range.
If the BLM were smart they would simply sit back and let this powder keg smolder a little longer, because I think it is only a matter of time before these lunatics get bored and start looking around the ranch for someone to take their inner range out on.

Well, who is paying the taxes on the land? If privated citizens are paying taxes on the land, then they OWN it.!
If you pay taxes on land, then you absolutely DON’T own it. Any thing you pay taxes on you don’t own. That includes taxes on wages. If you pay taxes on wages you don’t even own your own labor. It is share cropper status. Land taxes are the most insidious of all taxes.
People need to find out who is the BLM and who owns them. Are they a Porto Rico Trust owned by foreign interests like the irs?
We all know the federal reserve is not a federal agency but then maybe the federal gov which is and has been for a long time, a corporation controlled by foreign interests is not anymore also.
If so how could they have any jurisdiction? If they are not federal which evidence would suggest they are not then they have no power to take anything. More punitive fraud against the people.

I not only want the government not taking more land but also relinquishing the masses of land that BLM now controls and putting it under states control, better now than later having to fight foreigners who at the last Fed hurrah will sell it for settlement of the Federal debt.

The situation in nevada is much more complicated than in texas because nevada agreed to give land to the federal governmnet in exchange for statehood.
Whats going on in texas, and in this particular case, seems cut and dry and the rancher is in the right. He has his title to the land registered in the state database, so yeah BLM should take a hike.
The corruption with the federal government is becoming enormous. They will exploit every possible loophole to get their way, and then send commandos to raid the ranchers off their land.
