Greenburg says, as with all insurance contracts, losses are paid only on REALIZED LOSSES. Because actually though homeowners defaulted in mass on their ARM’s, the CDS purchasers (Goldman Sachs, etc.) still had possession of the underlying houses that the mortgage owners defaulted on.

The FR had to generate a crises that involved Americans personally (& they did that via adjustable rate home mortgages) in order to embark on hyperprinting. FR and China’s state bank are at war. FR wants their IMF to print the new world reserve currency (SDR) and how sole authority to set the exchange rate for all currencies of the SDR, that includes China’s currency. China says, no way to the FR’s proposal. So China, Russia accumulate gold.

No dual mandate to protect the US prezs & also protect the private corporation FR’s legal tender monopoly, as is the current deal with the US Secret Service.
