What I find VERY SUSPICIOUS is that at almost the exact DAY that Jim Garrison announced his investigation of Clay Shaw, Cruz takes his family and high tails it to Canada. Then, after things die down, in 1967, he brings his family back. And the fact he was in the oil business, and the company he worked for was bought up by the same company that is associated with the Bush family…I mean when you take THOSE two things and put them together, with all that we know today, what with the E Howard Hunt death-bed confession, the confession of LBJ’s mistress, knowledge of the party the night before the assassination where Hoover, Nixon, Bush, Johnson and a bunch of others were at the house of Clint Murchison, the affidavit of E Howard Hunt’s attorney…

Now I did a little looking into addresses. the address on Cruz draft card is 2246 Carondelet St, is about 10 minutes or so by car or bus from (and 23 minutes or so by walking) from LHO’s last NO address on 4905 Magazine St. It’s also about the same distance in the other direction from 544 Camp St., where Fair Play for Cuba (where the pamphlets were given out) was located. Right in the middle. It’s also about 5- 10 minutes from where Dr. Mary Sherman was murdered (3101 St. Charles St) in 1964 (Book: “Dr. Mary’s Monkey”, a lot of JFK assassination players seemed to be involved with that case, which was about contamination of the polio vaccines). He also would be within 8 minutes of David Ferrie by car or bus. Cruz was definitely living in a very convenient area 3 years after the assassination, so I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he knew some or all of the players, especially Cuban refugees like himself. How could he not?
