Without Prejudice to invalidity Arguments
Equity Lawyer Mr Ellis makes a Royal Courts Building Access Demand for all day on both Wednesday 18th October 2017 and 6th November 2017. He intends to file documents. He is a Jurisdiction Witness in the Summary Judgement Applications on 18th October 2017 in the Corruption Claims HQ17X03284 and HQ17X03300. In addition he needs to observe what happens in those cases because it is Relevant Evidence for the Uninsured Motoring Case of Citizen Miss Sampson in Hampshire on 25th October 2017 and the Alleged Contempt Imprisonment Hearing on Monday 6th November 2017.

The Crown and Lord Bishops expect the Equity Lawyer to recruit Citizens and manage Integrity Tests between General Election Day and the end of the Conference Season. The Jurisdiction Superiority Test was one of them. It was to discover whether anyone in the High Court was stupid or desperate enough to sign for a Jurisdiction Superiority Denial Fraud against the High Court. Within 24 hours it got the Superiority Denial Fraud and the Contempt Hearing Listing Fraud both dated 4th October 2017. It serves the interests of the Equity Lawyer. The Remedy Failures are Guilt Proof against All High Court Judges. He got it. It is very helpful to have Crass Stupidity Proof and Desperate Stupidity Proof against some of them. He got it. The State Bundle and Hearing Audio Record will get some more. The Equity Lawyer got Stamp Filing Proof from the Crown Prosecutor, Law Courts and others on many documents. The Ministry of Justice has most of them. The recent ones are on a few files. The Crown and Lord Bishops want to know what she puts in and what she leaves out. They want to know whether she includes the Directions Appeal Grounds and Other Defence Papers. They want the Audio Record of the Contempt Imprisonment Hearing. They know that the Equity Lawyer has managed the case so that he can say as much or as little as he likes. The documents explain the case.

The Crown and Lord Bishops expect efforts to be made for a few more Integrity Tests. Royal Courts Building Access will be used for some of them. They will include Fee Remission Applications and Issue Tests of the Administrative Court and High Court for Judicial Review of the Exclusion Order and a Contempt Fraud Conspiracy Claim. The Royal Courts Building Director Ms Briden, Ministry of Justice Prosecutor Ms Laskowski and Law Firm Weightmans Representative Ms Jones are some of the Defendants.

The Notice dated 4th October for the Contempt Imprisonment Hearing on 6th November 2017 is an Obvious Forgery. There is No Case Reference and No Signature and No Identifiable Defendant. Mr Justice Kerr and the High Court Appeal Officers used no Party Status Reason for an Evidence Production Hearing Refusal Fraud and a Directions Appeal Issue Refusal Fraud against Equity Lawyer Mr Ellis. The Hearing Notice names Citizen Dr Spivack but there have been No Committal Proceedings against her.

The use of Security Officers to service Contempt Hearing Fraud will be a Contempt Fraud against the Crown and Parliament. The Royal Courts Building Director has a duty to inform the Royal Courts Security Manager.
