YouTube, Free Speech and Self Censorship: The Community Guidelines Strikes Just Keep On Coming

I posted a video about the Go Fund Me accounts associated with the shooting victims of the Sante Fe School Shooting four day’s ago on my main channel and back-up channel. The video had no commentary. Just a slide show and and some script. On May 22nd it was pulled by YouTube for ‘bullying’. How the heck it was ‘bullying’ is beyond me and we all no about YouTube’s appeal process. (It does not exist… only if you are Jerome Corsi or RFB).

Anyway, my main channel was to have it’s first strike – of two – removed on the same day that the YouTube Censor Police decided to nail my back-up channel with it’s first ever community guidelines strike. I still have another strike (due to expire on May 28th) on my main channel so I decided to avoid another strike and removed the same video from my main channel.

What is really becoming a form of self censorship here on YouTube is pretty damn concerning for a society here in North America that see’s itself as ‘open and free’. The YouTube/Google Monopoly on social media videos and commentaries really is disturbing to this channel content creator.
