Defeated Demons

Thomas Sheridan’s new book provides an in depth startling profile of this particular consciousness parasite. The author explains that psychopaths function in a very different manner to the rest of us and that we cannot apply normal human rationale for violence and revenge when dealing with them. 

Not only can an individual be psychopathic, but so can an institution and Sheridan refers to the 3 main psychopathic industries as the unholy trinity – Governments, Corporations and religious establishments. The author demonstrates that Governments want your obedience loyalty and industry. Corporations want your adherence, brand loyalty and money. And religions want your obedience, loyalty, unpaid industry, money and -hey!- why not throw in your eternal soul while your at it? 

Another example Sheridan analyzes, is the prison system, especially in the U.S. Seemingly run by psychopaths, the whole industry stinks of psychopathology. For instance, did you know that 93% of all domestic paint sold to Americans is made under slave labor conditions in federal prisons? So are 36% of all home appliances, 21% of all office furniture and 100% of military helmets.

This explains why people who commit violent crimes like murder, or sexual crimes like pedophilia all too often, manage to get released from prison after just a few years, whereas non-violent criminals like Cannabis growers often end up inside for a much longer time. When you realize what the system really is, this makes perfect sense. It’s all about slave labor. Who would you prefer to have working for your company? Mr A – who has just eaten the face off a poor victim?, or Mr B – who has never been in a fight, keeps his head down, but got caught growing pot? Its a no brainer!

The Author does not refer to people on the receiving end of these psychopaths as victims, he more accurately refers to them as ”Targets”.

Thomas Sheridan is an Internationally renowned artist, author, musician, public speaker and independent researcher currently based in the West of Ireland. His illustrations have appeared on the cover of newsstand magazines, books and websites worldwide. He is best known  for being the author of the book Puzzling People: the Labyrinth of the Psychopath. The book was well received, becoming an underground success and has made Thomas’ entire body of work reach a much larger audience.

I have to be honest and say that this book could be a hard read for all the psychopaths out there. The pages will act as a mirror to your soul and if you didn’t realize you were a psychopath before, you will  be left in no doubt as the author describes your life and personality with astounding accuracy. 

The book is primarily concerned with our victory over consciousness parasites and could certainly be used as a manual for any ”targets” who are currently being worked on by a psychopath. Sheridan states that is it entirely possible to beat a psychopath and details how this can be done.

All in all this is a very interesting, well edited, well written book. We would recommend it to anyone who has been the “target” of a psychopath, and anyone who has an interest in  psychology. It really is a rather informative, interesting read.
