Sophie is an average girl, just out of university and in her first job as a reporter for a big newspaper. She can see sickness in the world and sets out to make a difference through the medium of investigative journalism. Her boss tells her to write an article on one of the front-running candidates for prime Minster, but after thorough examination she realizes that the man she is supposed to write the article on is involved in secret societies who are trying to lead the world into slavery. Sophie writes the article, but includes her research into the secret society connection, this causes her boss to fire her. Feeling broken having cast away her first big opportunity, she went for a long walk and settled on a swing tied to an old oak tree – suddenly her life changed forever. A UFO spotted in the distance bought Sophie her first encounter with angels, but not the type of angels you may be thinking…

As Cassandra is a first time author, it is worth noting that this book is very well edited. In fact we didn’t find one spelling mistake contradiction throughout the entire text, which we feel is very impressive. We would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys conspiracy fiction.
