Also we find the personal journey of the author detailed in each chapter, which helps to bring the information presented into a context of reality. We learn that just like us, the author had to start somewhere. 

Clairvoyance can sometimes seem like a daunting task to perfect but this publication provides a simple and easy template for you to follow. This should make your journey as problem free as it can be. 

When I personally tried the exercises in this book, I found that generally I fell to sleep. Which is not a bad thing. As a sufferer of insomnia I discovered that, although not managing to make a connection to the spirit world, the exercises recommended by the author were very relaxing and often made me dose off. However I am sure with practice I will achieve a connection at some point. Incidentally, if you buy this book, I would love to hear about your experiences.

All in all this book was pleasure to read, the heart-warming story of discovery that runs through every chapter is a real inspiration.
