Comic Con Exposure?

A good friend of mine, and colleague, is going to Comic Con this year. He has graciously offered to hand out materials for my books and business. As a result, I have been racking my brain for the best possible promotional tool. I can’t simply send him a big ole box full of hundreds of my books. The strain of carrying those alone is enough of a deterrence. What I am going to do instead, provided I can finish it in time, is create a kind of portfolio of my work, samples chapters and such from all of my novels; and as you know, they are legion.

So why the hell should you care?

I suppose you might not.

However, this might tickle your fancy: I am going to offer space in my little anthology of me, my portly portfolio of all things this guy. This is a very short-time offer, like exploding-before-the-weekend-type of offer. So, do you have a book you might want some exposure for? A business that rabid Comic Con fanatics might be interested in?

Upside: I will continue to use this anthology of me long after the Con for my local region and as a marketing tool, so if you grab some space, it isn’t going away anytime soon.

I know, I know. I can hear the big question echoing down from the rafters:

“What is it going to cost me?”

This isn’t for-profit, so not particularly much. It will be a black-and-white 5×8 trade paperback. I am throwing in a sidebar ad as part of the deal as well. The price breakdown looks like this:

$25 for a 1/4 page

$50 for a 1/2 page

$100 for a Full page
