Cooper & Company announced today the promotion of multiple individuals in its equity research department and the expansion of research coverage into E&P MLP’s to broaden the firm’s energy footprint and to coincide with the firm’s growing private client business. Contemporaneous with these promotions and expanding sector coverage, C. K. Cooper will be reorganizing and reassigning coverage of various companies in its coverage universe.

Daren Oddenino has been promoted to Director of Research and will lead and supervise the entirety of the firm’s research efforts and analysts. “Daren has been part of the C. K. Cooper team since 2009. He has consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of our research objectives, core thesis and the expectations we place on our research product.
