I am making this call real-time as the Dow is down more than 200 points after a large rally the day prior. Metals are currently bottomed in equities, meaning that the price of the underlying on the spot markets in a lot of these commodities remains oversold and will inevitably bounce. The pounding these markets have been taking is largely due to currency manipulations by central banks and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction derivatives that are causing huge imbalances in the prices of these assets.

I am calling for a 15% increase in silver price in USD, which would lead to a price of $17.825

Its finally here. I wouldn’t be writing this if I did not believe it. Many have made the mistake with futures trying to time the bottom in silver from the 20 dollar range.

20 turns into 19.50, then that turns into 19.0…………………. It continues as the price gets to the 18 dollar level, then 18.50, the spot price gets run down to 18. Breaking 17′s into the 16′s …. Huge Huge amounts of leverage at 100-1 and as high as 400-1 driving the prices now all the way into the 15 dollar range. From 50 dollar high a few years ago, there is a 35 dollar discount from these prices.

I am also postulating that there will be no downside from here. That the speculators and the hedgers have maxed out their leverage. The Trend Following robo-advisorsultimately will be the ones that will be covering at higher prices.

At 10-1 leverage, a move like this could produce 150% returns. My guess on the amount of time that it will take would be 2-3 weeks. We shall see what the future holds, but there are many traders out there especially NBA players (sports in general) who are getting more and more interested in trading.
