PowerStone Adds Desert Princess Homeowners Association

PowerStone Property Management Inc., a full service Orange County, California based property management firm, today announced that the prestigious Desert Princess Homeowners Association has awarded the financial service portion of their HOA property management to PowerStone. PowerStone will manage the financial services of the community, assisting the Board of Directors and the on-site staff with the preparation of the monthly financial reports.

Karen Kistler joins PowerStone as the full time on-site controller. “We are very excited to have this opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities in helping Desert Princess manage their financial activity for a community of this size with the range of amenities that they have.” reports CFO Michelle Burge. The property features a public golf course including a clubhouse with food and beverage services. Desert Princess has over 1100 resident units and 144 on site employees.
