Cold calling for example, will allow you to understand how to speak to your customer. You can’t just jump straight into the business conversation! Things must flow with the customer. You need to offer the customer something that matches their needs. Then you simply give this to them. There is no necessity for you to have a brand. All you need a customer in need, and a way to fill that need.
