Lab Testing Equipment Manufacturer Releases Abrasion Tester

DONGGUAN, CHINA (APRIL 13, 2017) – Chinese company Testex has released a new equipment for the textile industry. “This new abrasion tester is revolutionary. It adheres strictly to the standards set by the United States of America. We call it the TF212 Wzyenbeek Abrasion Tester. This equipment is manufactured using state of the art technology. It would be able to detect the wear on textiles with a much higher precision than other equipment in the same range”, said a spokesperson.

According to the company, the Wyzenbeek Abrasion tester would be able to detect the abrasion resistance of a certain fabric. The fabric must be rubbed against an abradent or wire mesh on a curved surface for this process to work. The Wyzenbeek Abrasion tester requires to be operated on 3 Amperes of current, at a frequency of 60 Hertz. “The Wyzenbeek abrasion tester has a sealed transmission drive. This drastically reduces the amount of noise that the equipment creates. It can also be connected to an auxiliary vacuum cleaner and has four groups of stations to be tested on”, a technician was quoted as saying.

When asked about the company’s aims, the CEO was nonchalant. “We must continue to improve our current line of equipment. I don’t want the company to get too ahead of itself.
