For most beginner recruitment agencies, winning their first client always call for celebration, however, before you head to work and start searching for workers you need to understand some stuff. You need to know what clients expect from you and how you can manage such expectations. Agree terms:Recruiters are looking for the best talent. Discuss the payment terms and agree the fee prior to sourcing of candidates.   • Target start date for the new hire.
  • How often you will provide updates
  • Interview schedule.
  • How you will communicate updates

Some companies will be satisfied with you reaching out to them when your final list is made. For others, there may be need to interview potential workers. When recruiters and hiring managers are working for the first time, there will be need for regular updates in order to reassure clients.

Under promise and over deliver: In meeting the expectation of your clients, you should not make promises you can’t keep. Promises such as giving clients qualified candidates by the week when it is an impossibility. Nevertheless, be careful. Integrate your contingencies to your schedule, prepare for challenges, and advise hiring managers if there are delays or setbacks. Supervising and meeting expectations will certify your placement progresses effortlessly.
