Fountainhead Commercial Capital Funds $93.9 Million in Commercial Real Estate in 2017

ORLANDO, FLA. – Fountainhead Commercial Capital, a privately owned nonbank lender with a specialization in U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) “504″ loans and low loan-to-value conventional loans, finished 2017 by funding more than $93.9 million in commercial real estate transactions across the country.  Fountainhead grew origination volume by more than a 36 percent, doubled its revenues, and created 396 jobs by stimulating economic development in conjunction with the SBA.
