Editor’s Note: Thanks to Eldon Warman for sending me this video on The Network of Global Corporate Control by a whistleblower from the World Bank called Karen Hudes. It’s a two-part presentation that many will find hard to believe but even though one is left to extrapolate as to who this Network truly is the information appears to me to be bang on the money. It’s actually mind-boggling that the truth has worked its way this far up the ladder and is affecting levels of society that one would never think might speak out.

She’s correct about the Act of 1871 making the US a corporation at the demand of the City of London bankers in order to borrow money necessary following the War Between the States. The organic US Constitution was called the Constitution for the United States, the Act changed the Constitution to THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES (all CAPS — A Corporate designation).
At that point all the Sovereign Peoples’ Rights became privileges and every president since then swears to uphold the Corporate Statutes, Acts, etc. and DOES NOT swear to uphold the original Constitution. He is merely the acting CEO of the USA inc. The original Constitution no longer exists in US Courts or Law especially since the secret bankruptcy of the US in 1933. The “government” is de facto rather than de jure (see: Black’s Law Dictionary).
Canada is also incorporated (Google: Canada a Corporation) and so are you through your Birth Certificate sold and traded on the Bond Market through the New York Commodities Exchange Commission as the sole commodity your “government” is in business to market. You are a tax-wage slave and your extorted taxes pay the principal plus interest owed the international Banks that extended credit to “your” government to operate on. You are considered mere “human resources” to be used up then discarded.
And despite what people may think (Freemen, Sovereigns, etc.) it is not a SIN # or SS # that has you in bondage — it is your Birth Certificate and your NAME registered as a Crown copyright in the square mile City of London (this applies also to Americans since the Act of 1871 led to the introduction in time of the Birth Certificate there, also). Your tracking number (CUSIP#) on the reverse side is the # traded on the Market.
In fact you do not own your name and use of it is copyright fraud and thus you are committing fraud every time you use it and therefore are technically Guilty of fraud (Guilty until proven innocent) in “our” Crown incorporated Statute, Admiralty “Law” Courts as soon as you admit to being the NAME. Neat trick, no? Only BAR (British Accreditation Registry) Attorneys (called so because they turn your NAME over to you in Court to act as agent for the Strawman Corporation they have secretly incorporated you as in order to milk you dry) have permission to use the name.
And remember ALL Law Society members, police and military swear allegiance not to the People but rather the Crown. Feudalism is alive and well and not one person in a thousand knows it. Here’s what Edward Mandel House had to say about all this: 1913 to 1921 (exact date unknown): Colonel Edward Mandel House to Woodrow Wilson found in Wilson’s personal diary/logs:
“Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property (that’s you and your children) in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a charge back for our fiat paper currency. They will be our chattels (property) and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading (Birth Certificate) to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability.
After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debts to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud, which we will call “Social Insurance.” Without realizing it, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and we will employ the high office (presidency) of our dummy corporation (USA) to foment this plot against America.”

Actually, that is correct, Birth Certificates (BC) are traded on an xchange.
What they did was create bonds off the BC and then they sell them on the market.
They also sell prisoners (prison bonds) and if you look up the Court Registry Investment System (CRIS), the courts buy/sell cases which are CUSIP #s
Here in America, they have two constitutions for the nation and the states.
The first constitution took place upon a republic.
The second constitution(s) takes place in a democracy.
–These are two different law systems or jurisdictions.
The fact is, most people do not understand that even those in Congress and the media will tell the people that the United States is a democracy. You will find countless videos of those in Congress with such statements.
This conversion took place during FDR’s “New Deal” in which this nation currency was deleveraged from the gold standard and then converted to use the productive energies of the people to write bonds off of. This is where the Birth Certificate comes in…it is a pledge that people make to back this nation upon.
If you look up on google a man’s name of “Edward Mandle-House,” he even expresses what they were planning to do…that is, that someday people will pledge their biological property to offset the nations debts.
The fact is, every single man and woman, when entering courts and accepting being that name, what they don’t realize is that the courts are actually not calling for our names, but rather, they are calling to see who is the trustee/surety for a LEGAL FICTION or ARTIFICIAL PERSON–or what is known as a corporation. By claiming you are that ALL CAPS NAME, you are not only going to be attached to the case, in personam, with the thing (res). All of these proceedings take place on a Democracy.
All of the BAR association attorneys are agents for the City of London or what is known as the CROWN and that entire system reports to the Vatican because all roads still lead to Rome. All attorneys are in dishonor and an enemy of the republic…all of them.
The fact is, most people are flat out lazy. They don’t want to research anything, they get their information from the news which is controlled, and they vote for politicians who are actually running for offices within a Democracy and not a republic. When people start growing up and research and stop taking any advice from attorneys or given any power to politicians or attending churches who are 501-C3 corporations and who have given up their sovereignty to take a benefit which means the are subject to penalties including loss of 501-C3 status if they speak out about politics. Go look up the “Black Robe Brigade” and take a look at why these criminals wanted to silence our churches.
There is a way to overcome all of this, but you have to do everything 180 degrees opposite of what we are told. You cannot beat this system by using their laws. There is ONLY one set of law that binds every agent/trustee/representative and that is the organic constitution known as “The Constitution for the United States of America” and not the “US Constitution.”
We The People in Posterity have private, God-given, un-a-lien-able rights. Rights including the right to property, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These rights are absolute. They cannot be given nor taken away.
Now, there has been countless court decisions that have ruled that people have the right to travel unencumbered by licenses. If you are driving, then you are operating in commerce and in a democracy and thus, you have to have a license. However, if you are upon the republic, you have this right and if an police officer pulls you over for speeding, if you know how to stand, they cannot do jack crap against you. Because, we also have the right to due process. This means that if you are charged with a crime, there must be a victim. The police officer is not a victim. He/she hasn’t been harmed. If there is a victim, that person has to take a claim to a grand jury proceedings and they have investigate that claim and if appears that there is enough evidence to lead to a claim, then the grand jury will issue a claim and a summons will be delivered and then adjudicated. Again, if you are “driving,” you do not have rights. You have privileges because you have volunteered your consent to operate in a democracy and you have waived or abandoned your rights. This is known as an estoppel.
For all those who are in political offices and lawyers, you are all on notice that God is not very happy with what you have done to the people and his law and he is speaking through me now that your time is almost up and this whole bullship is going to end…checkmate.

The registration of birth, which is recorded on the birth certificate, is interesting. Words are fascinating, especially when used in the legal sense, which rarely if ever matches up with the commonly-defined sense.
Thus to “register” something, someone even, gives legal possession of this thing to the King, the word “regis” being the Latin genitive singular of “Rex”, a king, and thus indicating the possessive case of the noun.
We are informed by those who run the scam that we must register our children’s births; the reality however is that a birth need only be recorded in a family Bible. By doing this, at a stroke you remove the state’s power over that child; thus they may not legally be removed from the parent at any future time, eg for not having vaccinated the child, or for allowing it to play unsupervised in the garden, etc.
This is why the Amish have such freedom from the oppression which is visited upon everyone else domiciled in the corporate fiction known as the USA; they cling to the freedom given to them by right at birth by the God before Whom we are all created. They need no piece of paper to protect their rights.
Further state duplicity is evident in all of the words it uses to describe you, eg “human resources”.
If you lookl up the word “human being” in a law dictionary, you will be horrified at what you have allowed yourself to become; also “taxpayer”, “resident” “citizen”, etc.
This latter word, of course, having come into prominence at the time of the French Revolution, a revolution which sought to finally overturn the Law of God, and to replace it with man’s law, which is the law of the prince of this world, satan himself.

The Organic Act of 1871 DID NOT incorporate the federal government, but rather only the District of Columbia itself. The first paragraph of that Act repeatedly indicates the Act only applies to the municupal government of the District of Columbia, and this is entirely in accordance with the Enclave Clause of Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution.

As far as my research has shown, the act of 1871 which established D.C.,(district of criminals) as a sovereign state within a state, was a monumental move by the synagogue of satan. Now they had their sovereign state in the U.S. which would act as their military for world conquest. They already had their sovereign state in Rome, the Vatican, controlling the religious views of the masses, and their sovereign state in London, which controlled the finances of the masses. All of these sovereign ‘states within states’ have their own laws and ‘police’ forces, which are really just their private security forces. ‘The Empire of the City’ is a good book to read on this topic.
Something else I found interesting about Edward Mandel House is a quote published in his biography, he mentions visiting king George to discuss how to get America into the First World War. He states:
“We spoke of the probability of an ocean liner being sunk, and I told him if this were done, a flame of indignation would sweep across America, which would in itself probably carry us into the war. We fell to talking, strangely enough, of the probability of Germany sinking a trans-Atlantic liner. . . . He [the king] said, ‘Suppose they should sink the Lusitania, with American passengers on board?’”
It was later that evening while eating dinner with the king that they were notified that the Lusitania had been sunk with American passengers on board. Coincidence? Or false flag? I’m afraid there is no room for coincidence in our cause and effect reality.
Edward Mandel House was also an Ashkenazi Jesuit general, member of the Rothschild round table, co-creator of its trans-Atlantic subsidiary, the council on foreign relations, and a master of the KKK in Texas.
The letter sent to Wilson by House that you referenced is eerily reminiscent of a letter sent by London based Rothschild’s to their cronies across the pond. Here is a quote from the letter written in 1838 by the Rothschild brothers in London and sent to their transatlantic agents in New York.
“The few who can understand the system will be either so interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favours, that there will be no opposition from that class, while, on the other hand, the great body of people, mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantage that Capital derives from the system, will bear its burden without complaint and, perhaps, without even suspecting that the system is inimical to their interests.”
At this stage of the game, there is nothing theoretical about this monumental, earth shattering conspiracy.
