Hey Canada #WakeUp YouTube Is Violating Our Charter of Rights and Freedoms

I was waiting to make this video on my back-up channel before I appealed my second Community Guidelines Strike (both for bullying) in six days.

I recorded the YouTube appeal process. Which is not a process at all. 

My main channel which has over 13K subs on it and I have had up and running since July 2013 received two ‘Bullying’ Community Guidelines Strikes this recent February. One on the 22nd followed by a second one on February 28th. Last year that same channel was under one or two Community Guidelines Strikes for over 6 months of the year which hampered my abilities to upload videos and communicate my message whether it be socially acceptable in the mainstream or not. Here in Canada (much like the USA) we have what is called the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. In February of 1996 I was invited and spoke to the Ontario Legislature’s internal Security Committee. It was about a seven page letter that I wrote to the Chairman of the Committee. In my opening statement I quoted Canada’s Charter of Rights to the sitting M.P.P.’s. This was back in 1996.

As we here on Google and YouTube are witnessing our ‘views, opinions and expressions’ vaporate before our eyes I am resharing with viewers and anyone interesting in Canada’s Charter of Rights my discussion before the Legislative Assembly Commitee on Security dated February 12th, 1996.
