In case you didn’t know, the artist formerly known as Snoop Dogg (initially known as Snoop Doggy Dogg) has made yet another name change to Snoop Lion. He has put his hard-core raps on the back burner in exchange for a new reggae sound. I’m not quite sure how I feel about that, or even if I can find it believable. But he’s obviously sticking to this new image as he has enlisted help from another popular artist on his latest song, “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks”. And if you think this song will feature anyone associated with the rapper during his hey day, think again. This time, pop star Miley Cyrus joins him for this collaboration. I know….what an odd match right? And exactly how do they sound together on “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks”.
