The ultimate end goal of the New World Order is comprehensive global surveillance systems devised to track every living being on the planet. This global surveillance systems would have to be multifaceted for the simple reasons that humans themselves are complex. Electronics, subliminal messaging and environmental control would all have to be used in order to accomplish the goal of surveillance.

Throughout the skies, aerosol chemtrails are distributed in grid-like patterns. What’s the reason for this? The world in effect is understood as existing on a grid. Our understanding of the grid can be found in the designs based on how our streets and buildings are laid out. By spraying the aerosols in the world in a grid like pattern, every square inch could conceivably be covered with chemicals. The purpose who be to use the chemicals as a way to track movement.

Systems devised like radar, where a radio wave is sent out and bounces off of the object being detect, could be used as a surveillance with chemtrails. The surveillance systems would incorporate technology of a similar nature. Only this system would basically detect microscopic particulate matter from the atmosphere. The wavelength of the object being detected would bounces from the object to the atmosphere. The signal would be captured by the surveillance system itself, which in turn would globally track every individual on the planet.

A benefit of spraying the world in a grid-like fashion many involve another piece in the systematic mind control puzzle. Dumbing down, by inhaling harmful chemical and biological substances, could be yet another ultimate goal towards global surveillance systems. If the human population were significantly dumbed down, we wouldn’t be able to do much. We wouldn’t fight back. We’d agree. We’d become passive and docile. Our actions would be much more predictable based on how the chemicals interact within our brains. What’s worst, both methods could be combined to track humans base on the level of barium and aluminum within their systems.
