He admits they were plotting how they could us this program as a military weapon and how to make hurricanes and all sort of devastating weather events.

Caldeira: “I used to work at Lawrence Livermore Lab where we all participated in a meeting. Where we sat around the room thinking of ways to manipulate geophysical systems to use it as a weapon. That means could you somehow interfere with the earth’s functioning in a way that you could use it as a military weapon. Could you change climate, what could you do to manipulate the earth’s physical system. Some of the ideas were, could we blow up hydrogen bombs underwater or offshore to make a tidal wave that would go over a city. The result was isn’t it easier to drop the hydrogen bomb on the city? Now, you could imagine putting pathogens in a cloud. Let the cloud go over somewhere and rain down on your enemy, do chemical or germ warfare. That may work on something as big as the former Soviet Union, where you could be pretty sure that in a few days that cloud would rain out.”

Shame this page is not getting more viewers since last June… I just recently found this myself and it explains so many things in just 1 minute and 47 seconds of interview time… The various weather manipulation technologies that are available… If it is available then someone will use it… This man has spoken publicly many times debunking the Chem-Trails, we can see with our very own eyes… Chemical Spraying all over the USA and many other NATO Countries as well… There is no defense for the public, as anything can be dispersed into the air by tanker planes… If they are using these systems over our own air space then we the citizens, must have been declared as the new enemy…
In this rare interview, this evil man confesses to these plots and offers some additional information for those who are connecting the dots… Like placing hydrogen bombs off shore, just under the surface to create a large wave that will take out a large city… That would explain the sudden Tsunami Wave that killed over 300,000 people in Thailand in 2004… I personally believe that was a trial run for other events that followed… It would also explain the huge Tsunami Wave that took out Japan’s, Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant in 2011… By using weather to appear as an Act of GOD, leaves no warring nation to be blamed while the targeted nation is crippled… I personally, never believed these were natural events… Ken Caldeira has been caught sharing this as a distinct possibility… Perhaps, even Hurricane Katrina was intentionally steered into New Orleans in 2005 to test these weapons capabilities… I wouldn’t put anything past these Geoengineering Creeps.
