Let it be known that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has profoundly violated both the Clean Air Act of 1963 And the Clean Water Act of 1972.  These blatant transgressions of U.S. federal law have been occurring since the illegal and clandestine chemical geoengineering programs have been implemented.  Also known as Operation Indigo Skyfold, these surreptitious chemtrail operations have been deliberately misrepresented to the American people as the normal emissions of aircraft condensation trails.

OPERATION INDIGO SKYFOLD: The Most Secret Covert Black Operation In World History

As a matter of scientific fact, the exhaust contrails (short for condensation trail) emitted from commercial airliners are radically different from chemtrails (short for chemical trail) in both composition and effect.  Chemtrail aerosols have been specifically formulated in order to accomplish the weather modification goals of the global chemical geoengineering regime.  These now ubiquitous chemtrail operations are being conducted for ongoing climate engineering as well.  Solar radiation management via stratospheric engineering is one example of their ‘stated’ mission.

In fact, chemical geoengineering programs are directly responsible for adding a tremendous amount of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to the Earth’s atmosphere on a regular basis.  Very few realize that water vapor is, by far, the most predominant GHG.  Hence, because chemtrails inevitably morph into chem-clouds, which then transform into wide-area cloud cover, they contribute considerably to the total volume of atmospheric water vapor thereby greatly exacerbating the Greenhouse Effect.

For the uninitiated, chemtrail aerosols are just one form of chemical geoengineering which have been systematically sprayed by tanker-jets in the skies of all 50 states and beyond. These highly toxic aerosols have been proven to have a high concentration of alumina (aka aluminum oxide).  When aluminum oxide is hydrated, it is transformed into chemically-mobile aluminum.  A peer-reviewed scientific research paper was recently published at a prominent international open source journal which proved that alumina-containing coal fly ash was the main component of chemtrails.  As follows:

Given the indisputable evidence of the presence of toxic coal fly ash and, therefore, alumina in chemtrail aerosols, the EPA has found itself in a middle of a major criminal conspiracy. Because of the enormity of the chemical geoengineering programs, the EPA had to have colluded with the U.S. Air Force and Navy, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Interior, and a number of other agencies that were necessarily apprised of Operation Indigo Skyfold.  Unknown to but a very few, Indigo Skyfold is only one operation of a much larger and secret weapons testing program known as Operation Cloverleaf.

EPA Silence On Aerosolized Coal Fly Ash Spraying Indicts Agency

It’s extremely important to understand that the EPA is responsible for the enforcement of all U.S. environmental laws such as the Clean Air and Clean Water Acts.  Toward that end the agency is tasked with keeping America’s ambient air and territorial waters clean and free of dangerous levels of pollution.  For instance, one very important EPA directive requires that coal-fired power plants must remove coal fly ash before it is released into the atmosphere by the huge plant chimneys.

Therefore, what is now quite incriminating for the EPA is that the very same coal fly ash from the coal plants is now methodically put into the chemtrail aerosols which are sprayed in skies virtually everywhere.  The agency permits these ongoing chemical geoengineering operations in spite of the massive amount of coal fly ash pollution being sprayed into the troposphere and stratosphere.  Clearly, the EPA has willfully participated in this highly misguided scheme by failing to reveal the severe impacts of the fly ash (especially the alumina-cum-chemically-mobile aluminum) on national air quality.

This extraordinary and deliberate deception perpetrated by the EPA over decades is illustrated by the EPA’s own words in the following excerpt from their website.

“The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to find under the Clean Air Act that greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from commercial aircraft contribute to the pollution that causes climate change endangering the health and welfare of Americans.”

The EPA knows full well that chemical geoengineering programs have been regularly conducted in American skies for the purposes of weather modification and climate engineering.  The agency knows the exact contents of those chemtrail formulations routinely used. They are fully aware that hazardous coal fly ash is dumped into the atmosphere.  Their collected data likewise reflects an immense amount of chemically mobile aluminum in the troposphere.

The dangerous levels of chemically-mobile aluminum are now found everywhere — in the air, on the land and in the waters — and have led to a dramatic increase in a whole host of modern-day diseases and ailments.  Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are just a few of the more serious afflictions experienced by a growing number of Americans.

The profound implications on environmental health include exposing humans and Earth’s other biota to: (1) chemically mobile aluminum, implicated in neurological disorders and botanic demise; (2) exposure to toxic heavy metals and radioactive elements; (3) preventing rainfall with concomitant loss of food production and habitats; and, (4) possibly contributing to global warming with concomitant arctic melting.[2]

CHEMTRAIL SYNDROME: A Global Pandemic Of Epic Proportions

The EPA Is Guilty Of 3 Major Infractions 

First and foremost the EPA knowingly permits the spraying of vast amounts of aerosolized coal fly ash (a GHG on steroids) into the Earth’s atmosphere.  Coal fly ash is known to contain a variety of toxic heavy metals such as mercury, lead, arsenic and cadmium, as well as strontium and radioactive elements.  This act alone — a gross and flagrant failure to enforce the Clean Air Act —  constitutes nothing less than a crime against humanity.  There is no excuse or explanation for this profound aerial assault against the American people and the national environment.

Secondly, the EPA has quite deliberately neglected to monitor levels of atmospheric alumina and chemically-mobile aluminum.  This type of unjustifiable institutional negligence can only occur by purposeful design.  Because of the perceptible intensification of chemtrail operations around the USA over the past 10 years, and especially since January 2013, the concentrations of atmospheric aluminum have significantly increased.  Consequently, there has been a marked increase in the incidence of all aluminum-caused neurological disorders and diseases.

Thirdly, the EPA has enabled an insidious and furtive scheme of nationwide chemical geoengineering which has resulted in the steady worsening of the Greenhouse Effect.  Because chemtrail aerosols effectively function as a greenhouse gas on steroids, they have significantly altered the normal composition of the Earth’s atmosphere.  By triggering the formation of prodigious amounts of water vapor, chemtrail operations are now regularly adding to the volume of the most prevalent greenhouse gas of all.  The subsequent effect has been the appreciable aggravation of global climate change.

Conclusion

The EPA has woefully failed the American people.  The agency has repeatedly violated U.S. federal law as well as many state statutes.  By violating its own charter the EPA has betrayed every U.S. citizen.  It is clear that the agency can NOT be trusted to do the right thing.  Quite curiously, it can be counted on to do the wrong thing wherever it concerns the protection of the environment?!

The EPA’s appalling response to the BP Gulf oil spill, as well as their complete lack of response to Fukushima-related fallout and ocean-disseminated radioactivity, is well known around the world.  Now that the Geoengineering/Chemtrail catastrophe is going global on the internet, the ‘Agency’ will once more become notorious for the institutional criminal that it truly is.

Final Recommendation:  The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ought to be dissolved post haste before it can do any more damage to people and property, animal and plant life.  The environmental destruction that the EPA has consistently enabled is as incomprehensible as it is incalculable.  Conversely, the irreversible damage to the planet‘permitted’ to occur on its watch is a legacy that has brought nothing but pain and suffering to the American people.

Truly, in light of the ongoing coal-fly-ash-laden chemtrail catastrophe, the EPA will be forever known as the Environmental Destruction Agency.

Advocates and activists opposed to chemical geoengineering are especially encouraged to leave a comment. There are many excerpts from this article which present a very cogent case for the permanent ban on all chemtrail operations worldwide.  Much of the same evidence provided above would also constitute the elements of a criminal indictment of the EPA.  It has been transformed into a thoroughly rogue agency whose only fate ought to be immediate dissolution.
