Chemtrails and the CIA’s conformation, they are not conspiracy theory 

Most people you speak to about Chemtrails either look at you like you have lost your mind and call you a conspiracy theorist or they have no idea what you are talking about.  

This video is two days in a row in the skys over Atlanta Georgia and I finish up with an outtake of CIA director Brennan discussing the fact that the US Government is in fact aerosol injecting nano particles into the atmosphere to effect, slow down, climate change by reflecting sunlight back away from the earth.  

He discusses this as speculation for the future. However anyone that has actually dug into this knows it has been going on for years.  This is not a future policy objective.  It is active and being paid for by your tax dollars now.
