China Vows War If Japan Follows Orders To Shoot Drones

Last week, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe gave orders to the Defense Ministry to shoot down any foreign drones that ignore warnings to leave Japanese airspace.

Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman Geng Yansheng responded on Saturday. According to Chinese state-run media Xinhua, “Geng said that if Japan took the so-called moves, it would be a severe provocation to China and an act of war, and China will take resolute measures to strike back.”

The next move could shape the future of the region…  maybe even the world.

Taiwan is also a claimant to these islands and as we now know, China has been recently carrying out military exercises of mock invasions of taiwan.  We haveknown for decades that China considers them a rogue proovince and have vowed to invade and return taiwan to the communist chinese fold.  Taiwan has since cemented a military alliance with the United States.  So is the web that could start World War 3 as we are also bound to Japan and South Korea.  As you know we have shifted forces to the pacific as well to meet this threat. Will Japan follow thru with threats to shoot down chnese drones?  I think they will because of fukushima.  The government needs a distraction and they need to unite the country behind something.  Chinawill provide both for them.  Whether or not they come out on top is irrelevant.  The Fukushima op begins Nov. 8th, perhaps we should expect provocations by then or around then.  Stay tuned..  -Mort
