Don’t think this one is going to happen any time soon. If they could perform this, they should have figured out how UFOs REALLY work ages ago. It is so much easier to make UFOs than to perform what they are trying. Outside of the machines to control it, the UFO is primitive, you just need to not overlook the basics of planetary physics.
I know people who read this are going to be like orly, why don’t you make one. And to you, I ask, what group outside of government control has the tech for aerial control, and an assortment of rays? Water is not compressible. So, pushing aside water at this speed, no-matter how it is done, would take HUGE energy. And one way or another, it does need to be pushed aside!
