Personal Translation & Word Study Jude 1:17-25

Strength, Faith, Kindness, and Love!

A brief explanation and guide of how I made this translation and word study.

The first version, is the King James Version.  I have marked the words by underline that are replaced or added too in my personal translation.  I first looked-up all the words that are underlined in the concordance and copied them directly/word for word from the concordance into the personal translation.  The words that are underline in the personal translation (JBVV Version) are the words copied from the concordance into the personal translation.  I added nothing of my own to this personal translation.  In addition to the concordance I used the old Hebrew names for God and Jesus and the term Set-apart Spirit all come from a strict Hebrew to English translations that retains all the original Hebrew names.

Jude 1:17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Jude 1:18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

Jude 1:19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

Jude 1:20 But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

Jude 1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Jude 1:22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:

Jude 1:23 And others save with fear, pulling [them] out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

Jude 1:24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present [you] faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

Jude 1:25 To the only wise God our Saviour, [be] glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

Jude 1:17 Nevertheless, beloved, remember ye the words which prophesized by the apostles of our Master Yahushua Messiah;

Jude 1:18 How they told you there will be scoffers in the end of times, who will lead ones life after their own ungodly deeds and desires.

Jude 1:19 They are the ones who separate themselves, subjecting to appetite and passion as animals, having not the Holy Spirit.

Jude 1:20 But you, worthy of love, building yourselves upon your most holy conviction that Yahuwah exists, praying in the Set-apart Spirit,

Jude 1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of Elohim, not rejecting the mercy of our Master Yahushua Messiah entering into eternal life.

Jude 1:22 Also, bring help to the weak and afflicted, making a difference and a distinction:

Jude 1:23 Now others to rescue from danger struck by terror, snatching away from the fiery flame; and indeed detesting the undergarment defiled by the body,

Jude 1:24 Now having power by virtue and state of mind to guard yourself from stumbling, then make a stand without blame in the sight of their honor with extreme joy in the inaugural ceremony,

Jude 1:25 To the only wise God our Saviour, magnificence and majesty, power and authority, both now and into all eternity. Amen.
