The first Commandment. I am the Lord your God. you shall not have false Gods before me.

false Gods are;- putting anything as a priority in your life before God

sex 

drugs 

rock and roll. 

money

gaia worship (greenies)

movie stars 

pop stars

football teams

basketball teams

tv

‘usa’ worship

president worship

any kind of hero worship

anything that you place before god

any hobby, any work, any person, any phenomenon/philosophy (eg.devil worship) that you place above god in your life

any ideology as above

yourself 

family

the internet

doing any of this will warp you as a person. this is the biggest sin.

These are sins against the first commandment and they lead to sins against the second

you shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.

this is done in everyday language but promoted in the idols of cinema and tv and even music/vids/net

basically it is blaming god for your bad luck.

breaking either of the above leads to disobedience of the third 

keep holy the sabbath (rest) day.

allow your spirit to rest. wholesome recreation not perverse recreation. enough said.
