Professor Claims He Has The Answers To What Happens When You Die...

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

By Lisa Haven

A professor of Religious Studies has recently come out stating that his new study on the science of afterlife will benefit society if it rejects “primitive theologies of eternal damnation.” In other words, ignore the parts of the Bible that reference hell and damnation and embrace the heavenly part so we can all live happier lives on earth knowing we will all be in eternal bliss upon our death. This religious professor truly believes he can usher in “peace on earth” if these One World Religious ideals are expressed.

If you are a Christian then you will see this a direct attack on the Christian faith and the ushering in of the One World Religion. Here’s more on this critical report….

Isn’t it obvious that antiquated religions were designed to control the masses? Just look at the idiocy of the fanatics around the world…the muslims being the crudest example of human stupidity. The Creator’s intent is for us to be independent souls working towards self enlightenment. Put up the borders…….

      • Iggy A

Crackjacks. The idea you can become an “independent soul” based on “self enlightenment” void of connections to others is ridiculous.

How do you imagine you are going to magically become disconnected from any other influence [system of control]?

Even if you go the Buddhist route – complete rejection of the universe around you – how do you plan to get there all on your own?

If you aren’t as enlightened now as you were ever meant to be — what path are you going to blaze void of connections to anything else “keeping you down”?

There is no eternal damnation. There is no heaven. If there is hell, either you are already in it or you are not going to go there. The ones hanging around the historical marker and appear as ghost is the one who has unsolved issues in his/her earthly lives. Like Buddha said, your obsession to love, hate or on object makes you to stuck in places in your afterlife.

Religion is a lie. There is not a single exception. No preacher or a clergy have the experience of death. So they do not know. The little ones who talk about their verifiable past lives, I believe them. The reason is because the little ones will never have any interest in my blind obedience or my money.

The organized ones are after your obedience to make you a slave and to steal whatever property you have.

Stay away from any and all religion.

Nothing good came out of organized religion in history.

      • Iggy A

        And Buddhism isn’t a religion?

Which little ones talking about past lives are you referring to?

        • truthseeker4809

Buddhism is more like philosophy that you can safely accept. It doesn’t ask you to be a slave by blind obedience etc etc. There are hundreds if not thousands of stories of little kids of the age 4-7 talking to their parents about their past lives, well documented and proven to be true. Read books about reincarnation story. Tons of them out there.
They have no agenda to take your money or make you a slave.

The content of religious and philosophy texts belongs to everyone; membership not required. They are literary works written by people.

Reincarnation, life after death, the crucifixion, afterlife, and the next world are all metaphors for the next generation of people– the kids.

Serving in the role as parents comes to mind, but when one thinks about it all types of work that people do, whether as teachers, merchants, laborers, etc., impact the next generation of people in one way or another. And the hope that this process continues generation after generation is what eternal life literally means. Everything else eventually turns to dust.

This looks like another indoctrination technique towards eventual induced genocide of the elders. This says no guilt….

      • Iggy A

It begins with a direct attack on the texts of the Jews and Christians:

So much of what goes on today is right there in the Garden of Eden story: The lie of “Self-Enlightenment” and of the “Path of Enlightenment” itself via Knowledge. Knowledge itself not being Sinful but exposing our fundamental flaws + the need for Salvation. God’s statement that the result of the first sin by mankind would be (1) life-time of blood, sweat, and tears until the end of this first life in the flesh…

What the New Agers and Contemporary Hip Crowd say is simply a renunciation of that story:

“God lied to us or never existed in the first place or is incapable of communicating with us. Knowledge is the key. Do it yourself.”

    • Iggy A

I have a feeling – based on Christian Scriptures – the 1,000-year Kingdom of the Messiah will resolve the One World-Religion issue along with the Heaven Thru Christ Alone issues.

That is absolutely scriptural for everyone living in the Kingdom: They will all have direct witness of Jesus as Messiah.

But who will live during the Kingdom…? We know there is at least one category of people who will be resurrected into it: Those who become Christians in the massive upheaval just before the 2nd Coming of Jesus – the period before His coming where Lucifer will be allowed to run wild.

But my best guess based on readings is that there will be a General Resurrection of all non-Christians who sincerely sought God’s Will and to Honor Him in life but who were unable to accept Jesus as Christ the Messiah.

The much of the Old Testament prophecies are focused on a faithful Jewish Remnant + the state of Israel being part of the Kingdom under the Messiah and how the world will have firsthand knowledge that the Messiah came through the Jews (with Christian prophecy adding that the Jews at that time will witness Jesus as that Messiah and that He already came once before).

The only questionable element in the above is — will more than the Tribulation Christians as described in Revelation 20 be resurrected into the Kingdom or not…?

      • Jostler

Iggy this is actually a topic I’ve been peering into for some time. Let me add a question here:

Will there be some survivors of the tribulation who have not died, who will subsequently enter the millenial reign without having first received a glorified body. How do these fit in?

A little background to flesh out my thinking. Jesus tells us that if He had not “shortened the time” that no flesh would be saved, but that He will shorten the time for the sake of the “elect”.

I’m reading that to mean that when He returns to assume His rightful place among men as King of Kings, there will be a band of survivors (however small that number may turn out to be), who, having never passed through death cannot have received their new, uncorrupted physical bodies.

Are these the “more than” you are referring to above?

THERE IS NO GOD NO DEVIL NO HEAVEN NO HELL JUST DEATH…………………….

          A very bright future.

Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

The afterlife means the next generation of people (literally, the next world). Eternal life simply means that this process can repeat itself, generation after generation, potentially forever.

The world and the family are like two completely different organisms, each with its own perspective. Breaching the boundary between the two, in a way that might deal a crippling blow to the other, serves neither the family nor the world. What this means is to maintain some privacy between levels. This explains why people use metaphors, like Christ did (and much of the story itself is). Metaphors, while not literally true, help to illustrate truthful concepts which would otherwise be difficult to understand or awkward to discuss.

Even the Biblicism Institute talks about the Bible in terms of metaphors. They wrote in response to my blog:

“Jesus spoke in metaphors or parables and many did not understand then as many do not understand today. However, the Holy Spirit is guiding the world to a higher level of spiritual consciousness in Christ. Still, that doesn’t mean that everyone will acknowledge the truth. Only those chosen by God will be able to have their eyes fully open.”

—> Note that they are themselves using metaphors to explain the use of metaphors. Think about that. <—

I thoroughly enjoy writing in depth about these topics on my Truthers and the Singularity blog: http://pieeconomics.blogspot.com/p/truthers-and-singularity.html

Interesting read. The arrangement of words and letters in the Bible may indicate an intelligence greater than that which existed at the time.

I suppose that with today’s supercomputers such an arrangement of words might be possible. Perhaps our planet had ancient intelligent life, or visiting extraterrestrials.

This greater intelligence or perspective does not necessarily represent the largest or infinite perspective, which is what the God concept represents in all religions. For example, humans have a much greater perspective than their pets, but humans do not have the same perspective that the God concept represents.

While looking for Bible codes can be interesting, I think a better use of time is trying to interpret the meaning of Bible passages.

          • Jostler

The mathematical structures encoded in the Bible give people something rational, testable and repeatable to consider when trying to prove/disprove the supernatural origin of the Bible.

Which then allows them to focus on what you rightly identified as the more important part…understanding the message.

Once it becomes logically undeniable that the actual author was a single intelligence who stands outside of our time domain, the importance (and trustworthiness) of the message becomes obvious as well.

      Hello Angle#1,

Charlie here. They have always watered down the truth to make the lies more acceptable. More acceptable to their Pagan beliefs, that is. Paul complained about in his own time. Barely was the true Gospel out when they began to preach another one. They do it to this day.

Look around there are thousands of different Christian denomination each claiming they have the truth and the way. Some notorious ones are the Mormons, the Jehovah Witness, and the Catholics. If you notice each has their own Bible. God’s one was not good enough.

      Signed,

Charlie (my minister said to pray about my bad doughnut habit. So that night I preyed the streets looking for a doughnut shop)

The most outrageous and laughable religious mumbo jumbo is that you are guilty of sins you do not know you have committed from birth. You can tell the intention of this fake story is to make the entire humanity slaves by the whoever propagating this false mumbo jumbo.

So the story starts from lie and it should end with lie as well.

There is no way you can be guilty of anything just by being born.

no religious person has the answer to this question, all religious people are programed, they are clueless, and you cant tell the fools anything
