How I Understand God Sees Politicians

(Before It's News)

I am going to lump all politicians into the same category.  I have said that my parents never voted believing that God will choose the right people and that they will do the right things.  Through much of my formative years I held some values that clashed with the politics of others; not realizing these values WERE political values.  My parents themselves were very conservative in their politics, but stressed that voting was for those whose lives were directly impacted by those whom they chose.  My parents felt they were immune from politics.  So, I had kind of a strange upbringing when it comes to politics.  HOWEVER, now I see ALL politicians as I think God sees them.  They start wars.  And there are politicians who have been involved in some way in directly taking the lives of others; mostly through warfare.  I understand this.  But I also understand that not all politicians are or have been warriors.  I would say to a person that politicians bring with them to office, regardless of what that office might be, their own political views in addition to those who support them, both with votes and financially.

Unless a politician has purposely taken a Human Life, regardless of reason to do so, he or she is the same in eyes of God.  But in politics, it is often the one who seems to be the more honest or possesses more values as that of the person who votes for him or her.  You have values and you want your politician regardless of what the office might be to support your values.  My value is Human Life and so I think of a politician as being closer to supporting my value of Human Life.  And everyone comes to politics with his or her values.  But the values of politicians are influenced by their donors.  There is no question about that.  And often, my values don't reflect the values of donors from either political party here in the US.  My Human Life values aren't necessarily reflected similarly in most any political candidate.

But, and here is the kicker, unless a politician has purposely taken a Human Life, they are all judged the same by God.  It doesn't matter what sins a politician has committed nor does it matter how crooked any politician might be.  In God's eyes, they are all the same.  But some might be more dangerous to the world than others.  Some might have been more dangerous to the world than others.  Dictators are often directly responsible for having already taken Human Life.  And I am not saying there are politicians who have never taken the lives of others.  I understand this.  And I can't always scrutinize every politician who wants my vote by asking whether he or she has ever purposely taken a Human Life.  In most cases, only God can know this.  So to God, all politicians are the same.  But if I vote my conscience, the only question I CAN ask is how any given politician understands the importance of EVERY single Human Life.  If ALL politicians felt about Human Life as I do, my thinking is there would be no more war.  But too, I realize that the New World of Peace has not yet arrived.  I just don't want my vote to be responsible for starting any more wars, but sometimes in this regard, I don't have much of a choice.  I am Brother Ralphie writing for my Angels from The Angels of Life Institute.  Peace. • Ralphie, I don’t often have the opportunity to talk to/with God and angels, as I you claim to. But you seem to only place value on human life in your articles, though I suspect you have more concerns than that?

Anyway, regarding this stuff of politicians not directly taking life and so being somewhat unaccountable is imo, a bunch of crap, knowing the sort of stuff they do.
