A few years ago we wrote about how the LGBTQ agenda was being introduced and taught in public schools in California and Massachusetts starting as early as the first grade. Now comes this article exposing the details of a LGBTQ lesson actually taught in an Indiana Junior high school without parental permission. Here’s the story from Townhall:
Indiana parents are furious after eighth graders at Lincoln Junior High School were exposed to a classroom lesson on sexual orientation, gender expression and gender identity issues – without being notified in advance by the school district.
The 12-year-olds were required to watch a video titled, “LGBTQ: Understanding Sexual Orientation and Gender Identities.” They were also required to answer a questionnaire…
Response: Take the time to read the actual questions that were posed to 8th grade students and then try to remember what you were really like at that age.
Do you really believe that these questions are appropriate at that formative age? The school principal saw nothing at all wrong with the lesson and claimed that it was all about reducing harassment and bullying.
Notice the assumption in the questionnaire that gender was an ‘expression’ rather than having any kind of biological reality. Also, gender stereotypes seemed to be something that were artificially imposed and needed to be overcome rather than being the product of any natural biological tendencies.
According to science, boys and girls are very different and those with real gender identity problems are a very small minority. Nevertheless, the LGBTQ agenda goes beyond science and religious freedom and now demands that parents have little or no say in their children’s education.
I have a real suspicion that something very similar is now being taught in public schools all over America. Do not be surprised if your children come home one day with a homework questionnaire like the one presented in the article above. *Top
