What I Do NOT Want

I could have a church of all kinds of social reprobates as long as no one in the congregation has ever intentionally taken a Human Life.  But I have decided that this is what I do NOT want.  Why?  If you think of the various sins people can commit, there are some people with whom I do NOT want to associate either myself or my Angels.  Here is why: 

There are places for some of these people to gather without any influence of my own.  Even though the Message of my Angels is clear, I know that guilt can be a killer for a person.  Instead, I think I would rather work with suicide prevention in other ways than to have social reprobates gather as part of a congregation.  Some might argue that every church is made up of sinners who have been redeemed.  While this is true, there are some degrees of sin with which I do not want to associate myself or my Angels.  The reason is simple, I think.  I think most anyone would understand that I wouldn’t want to associate myself with a den of thieves, for example.  Nor would I want to associate myself with all kinds of prostitutes.  I wouldn’t want to associate myself with drug addicts or alcoholics.  I wouldn’t want to associate myself with law-breakers of most any kind.  And then there are gangs and all kinds of people that are associated with all kinds of evil. 

I would want to make it clear to people like this that my Angels ARE as much for them as they are for myself, but that I personally can’t associate with anyone who intentionally is a law-breaker of the worst kind.  There are places for these kinds of people to go.  I understand this perfectly.  However, it would be important for me to tell the world that Jesus died for EVERY single sin known to humanity EXCEPT for the sins of murder and suicide.  I have talked about this at great length with my therapist/friend saying that I could have a church of all kinds of people whom most would label as the scum of the earth.  However, it would be best for myself if I did NOT personally associate with such people.  There would be those who would say that Jesus associated with such people.  Yes, but He didn’t do it in the context of either a church or a synagogue.  He met people where they were.  I understand this perfectly, which means I can go to where the sinners are, but I can’t associate myself with such sinners.  I don’t want to make this very long tonight, but the fact is, as I close this post, that I do NOT want a congregation anyway.  In MY thinking, the ONLY unsaved in this world are those who are irredeemable.  These are the people who have intentionally taken Human Life.  And really, the Message of my Angels can’t be made any more simple than this.  I could go so far to say that God doesn’t care what we do as long as we can live with ourselves and we do NOT intentionally take a Human Life, including that of our own lives.  It doesn’t get much more simple than this.  I am Brother Ralphie writing for my Angels from The Angels of Life Institute.  Peace.
