SUBJECT: Trained to Think like Squash

INTRODUCTION: The Petition format used to address the Most High Court is very specific and comes with Process and Procedure.  People are asking me for details about the Petition process.  Be forewarned that any assumption or cognitive dissonance with the following information can cause one’s First Estate approach to go astray.  This information has come to me with decades of academic studies in the sciences, salvation and infilling by the spirit of the Almighty, interviews with scholars who shared their information, and life experience.  The world needs Men to learn, discern, and use this knowledge.  Will you do learn?

FIRST:  Does a squash think?

No.  A squash is a vegetable.  Biology defines a squash as a living entity, because it reproduces itself and its cells function with respiration, excretion, growth, and death.  However, it does not possess a brain, nor a brain cell.  Squash does not think.  It merely exists.

SECOND:  What is a Holder In Due Course?

Definition:  A term for the original holder of an instrument [CONTRACT] that takes it in good faith and exchanges something valuable for it. AKA protected holder.

THIRD:  What type of Law uses the term Holder in Due Course?

Americans are not taught very little information about their legal system.  This is deliberately done to prevent them from using real legal recourse to correct the direction that their shadow government and deep state pundits.  Study the following very limited information.  A Holder In Due Course [HIDC] is defined under Contract Law and in the Uniform Commercial Code.

Contract Law:  Definition of Contract Law. Noun. The branch of civil law that deals with interpretation and enforcement of contracts between two or more parties. Contract law governs the legality of agreements made between two or more parties when there is an exchange of some sort intended to take place.

FOURTH:  Who owns your energy?

Ah, now we are going to explore the connection between heaven and earth.  The Holy Roman Empire came into power through Emperor Charlemagne with his papal Director Pope Leo.  The Partnership never ended, as many liberal scholars write, but instead, its operators hid inside of the Vatican.  The Vatican partners created the concept of “INCORPORATION”, and they launched the capture of most governments in the world by using that legal vehicle.  On the surface, it appeared to be just another part of Contract Law that kings used.  It was called Mercantile Law or Admiralty Law.  The national leaders were easily deceived by the international Cabal out of the Vatican.

Today every child that is born into a “government corporation” like the United States Government Corporation is contracted by its Mother to the State by signature on a Birth Certificate.  Also, every state in the USA is a corporation.  Every government bureaucracy is now a corporation.  The Birth Certificate document is not a proof of one’s birth, because the proof of birth is the living human body that bears the Christian form of one’s name.  Instead, the Birth Certificate is a contract under Administrative Law binding the energy of the baby to the State’s control.  Upon signature by the Mother, the State then controls the human energy of the body.  At that point, the human is nothing more than a pig or chicken to the government.  It becomes property.  The mother, who has the duty to rear the child’s fleshly body to the point of maturity, is also nothing more than property.  The father means nothing to the state in this process.  He is assigned other duties.  Study the use of the Marriage Contract and its evolution for even more sinister legal details.

FIFTH:  What are the three major social classes on earth?

There are three levels of social classes:

First Estate is the Almighty and the Lord of Hosts.
Second Estate is occupied by the leaders of nations.
Third Estate is everyone on earth who is not the leader of nations, and it excludes women.

SIXTH:  Is the First Estate merely a Hebrew idea?

No. The idea existed from the beginning of written history.  The explanation received by Moses just expanded what was already known.  He wrote down what he learned.  The Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in 1946, and translated by 1976.  The Dead Sea Scrolls documented and secured the historical relevance of the ancient eyewitness accounts that are recorded in the Torah and by the ancient Prophets.  It is legal evidence.  It is real.  No longer can scholars hold to the claim that the Old Testament is a “myth”; that hypothesis created in the late 1800s proved FALSE.

Example:  The Pharaohs were “initiated” into the practices outlined in the “Book of the Dead” about how to access the First Estate for information.  Every forty years, the Pharaoh would allow his religious trainers to help him ascend from the Second Estate to access the First Estate.  He would bring back orders from the other realm and use them for his kingdom on earth.

Example:  The Buddhists use the concept of First Estate in their “Rainbow Body” attainment.  Their energy suddenly leaves the human body, and overnight the flesh shrinks down to about a foot high pile of elements.  No life is in it.  About 150,000 humans have obtained “Rainbow Body,” and there are eyewitness accounts for each event; statues are available for study.  They transcend to another dimension; albeit the First Estate.

SEVENTH:  What is a PETITION?

Now we are going to get into the deep end of the pool of knowledge.  Study the following quotes.

In pre-modern Imperial China petitions were always sent to an Office of Transmission (Tongzheng si or 通政司) where court secretaries read petitions aloud to the emperor. Petitions could be sent by anybody, from a scholar-official to a common farmer, although the petitions were more likely read to the emperor if they were persuasive enough to impeach questionable and corrupt local officials from office. When petitions arrived to the throne, multiple copies were made of the original and stored with the Office of Supervising Secretaries before the original written petition was sent to the emperor.

The emergence of petitioning during the reign of Edward I of England (1272-1307) contributed to beginnings of legislative power for the Parliament of England.  Petitions became a common form of protest and request to the British House of Commons in the 18th and 19th centuries; one million petitions were submitted to the UK’s parliament between 1780 and 1918. The largest was the Great/People’s Charter, or petition of the Chartists.

The Petition Clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees the right of the people “to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” The right to petition has been held to include the right to file lawsuits against the government.

EIGHTH:  How did the Prophet Daniel and Zacharias approach the First Estate?

Daniel 6:11

Then these men came by agreement and found Daniel making petition and supplication before his God.

With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,

NINTH: What government was in power when Y’shua Ha Mashiach was “berthed” into our dimension?

The Roman Empire ruled over the world in 0 A.D.  It ruled over the Hebrew nation at that time.  It heavily taxed them.  The Messiah came into this dimension to change the relationship between the First, Second, and Third Estates.  The Forever Contract was sealed with one drop of the Savior’s blood, and the rest was unnecessary slaughter, which today puts “bloodguilt” upon the Holy Roman Empire leadership, which includes the US Government Corporation.  There shall be punishment for that bloodguilt… but, that is another news story for another day.  The important fact is that all humans were given access to the throne of Heaven through the new contract.  That is why the gentiles like the Samaritans were so excited.  They understood what was happening and that they could access their Creator.  The Roman Empire worked very fast to hide that knowledge, put in a pagan false religion called “Christianity”, and to lock down the ability for all humans to access the Most High Court…with FALSE teaching…. like “only the Pope can access God”.

TENTH:   Can humans access the First Estate today?

Most humans are denied access to the Most High Court today.  Why?  They do not have Holder In Due Course over their energy (spirit and soul).  DO NOT STOP READING.

Even those who are saved, baptized by immersion, and filled with the power of the Holy Spirit remain locked under contract to their own government.  The First Estate can only recognize the Holder in Due Course. The Second Estate can only recognize in Court the HIDC, and that is why Americans must hire Attorneys to represent them in a courtroom.  The judges cannot “see” you, if you are not HIDC.

The Heavenly Father wants a relationship with every human.  However, the shadow governments have do NOT want humans to access the Judge of the Universe.  There are Rules and Regulations that control all of the universe… like gravity, the electromagnetic spectrum, etc.  To violate them would cause things to get out of whack.  Heaven must obey its own rules. 

Only two Jurisdiction can approach the Court of Heaven’s BENCH:  Man and Woman.

A SON of the King must “go and come” to provide and protect the kingdom.

A DAUGHTER of the King is “carried by his side” and oversees the nursery for the future citizens.

When the State is the owner of a human’s energy, then that human is “male” and “female”, which is not Man and Woman.  The human is owned by the State operatives; and in the USA, the human is trained to think like a squash.

FACT:  Many of the people in Congress and the Senate know how to become HIDC.  They are the Second Estate representatives.

FACT:   Most of our representatives do have access to the Most High, but they are submitting Claims on behalf of Lucifer.  Because no Man or Woman shows up with a Counter-Claim and Petition, the Court of Heaven has to rule on behalf of the Luciferans. HELLO?  THAT IS A BIG DEAL.

This information about HIDC was learned by a group of professionals… historians, scientists, and business owners… who spent forty years researching the legal system in the USA, which was not working according to the training our education system doled out.  They shared what they learned with me in 2010.  Some of the group were put into prison for letting the information out to the Public.  The UCC system that was used to become Holder In Due Course in the 1990s was then changed, hidden, and made almost impossible to use by the very government leaders who pride themselves on being “transparent”. 

CONCLUSION:  Now you have a simple layman’s explanation for a complicated mess that the Vatican and deep state operatives have created for us over the last 2,000 years.  Very few Americans have the HIDC status; however most do not operate FOR the Body of the Christ.  The HIDC are the only Men and Women who can access the Ancient of Days, who sits in the Most High Court and who can provide humans with recourse and remedy against the government controllers today.

But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase.”
