Our Father,

We look forward to that day foretold by Hosea when there will be peace between peoples and between all other life and the earth itself. A time when all will look to You as their God and You will claim us as Your people.

We look to the coming again of Your Son Jesus when all of that will be fulfilled; when all people and nature will live in harmony. Until that day we are called to take Your Good News to all of the world and every people and nation.

In the meantime help us through Your Holy Spirit to demonstrate Your love and peace to all we come in contact with beginning with our families and friends, neighborhoods, and cities. Let Your Kingdom come and be realized in our midst; let Christians fulfill Your teachings in this generation. Let there be peace and love manifest among the people called after the name of Your Son Jesus.
