Man made UFOs from NATO base in Lithuania?

“Grodno news” from Belarus, reports multiple UFO sightings during march 2012 near town of Grodno, and near the border with Lithuania. People are reporting UFOs as bright, LED like, with bluish tinge object, one big in the middle, with seven smaller light around. Then those small lights separated from big one, moving with great speed at an unpredictable trajectory, and then merging with a big one, after merging object began to drop down to the ground. The object was brighter then stars, and seemed to be located some 20-24 kilometers away, on the Lithuanian side of border, where long time ago, during times of USSR there was a military base, and now most likely NATO is occupying that base.
