It purports to contain the actual police dispatch and on-scene police radio transcripts. They CLEARLY indicate. Ultisols shooters as reported by the police on the scene. Also, the transcripts have NO mention of Holmes telling them there were explosives in his home…in fact the license plates of the car he was driving were not registered to him and do not route the officers to his house. They went to a different residence. There are many other discrepancies. You WILL want to read this.
