That means nothing, I have several friends and relatives that served in the Army and USMC, and I can still out shoot them any day. This wasn’t a spec op that required him going behind enemy lines undetected, nor was it him in a fire fight against other armed soldiers. This was shooting fish in a barrel. Everyone is talking about how he his so many people, if you spray a lot of lead in a packed room, you will hit a lot of people. These were not well placed head shots, or long distance, just open up and hit the unarmed.
As far as improvised grenades, well it is amazing what is on the internet these days.
The only thing I do question is the money to get everything, although 20,000 is a bit high, more like 14,000. On the news they said that he had paid for nearly all of it (around 11,000). Most grad students have no money, but if he had dropped out, he might have used some student loan money it, if he didn’t plan on going back to school, he didn’t care about paying back loans.
