Tyranny Raises It’s Ugly Head Again – But Preppers ARE The Target

I hate to be the bearer of bad news – but I’m right. Again.

Not to sound too self aggrandizing but yours truly, The Covert Prepper, was right about food confiscation happening right here in the United States. We may be the most technologically advanced nation in the world, but small minded men only need a poorly thought out reason to act. Greater minds will see that this is absolute folly, but staring down the barrel of a gun will ‘change’ their minds.

I received this early this afternoon in my email box from Anonymous:

just got word that our church (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) is shutting down dry pack canning operations soon. The rumor that apparently was squelched by the gov’t back several months or so was actually factual. the gov’t came in demanding names of those who were storing food so that they could come in and use their food “in case of emergency” and apparently have dictated that they have the rights to information on who has food and guns and so forth. (emphasis added) 

a lot of other regulations as well being pressed down on the Church. I can only assume it is all due to some really bad crap that’s coming down the pike here soon.

For the record, I am not a member of the LDS church. But where ever there is oppression – I will fight it to the death if necessary – whatever the faith of the oppressed.

I received this in an email from eFoods Direct Founder, Steve Shenk:

As of July 1st, huge numbers of Mormon “do-it-yourself” food storage canneries will no longer allow individuals to can their own food storage items. The announcement came this week that members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS) or “Mormons” can no longer follow a long-held faith-based tradition of canning bulk items for their own personal food supply. Many workers in these cannery locations have reported the new rule is a result of increased government regulation. 

When charitable and legitimate quality supply organizations are no longer able to bear the huge costs and excessive administrative demands of ever-changing criteria set forth by the US Department of Agriculture and the FDA, they may have no choice but to simply shut down. Is the recent policy change the first step? What’s next? 

The most effective way to lose your liberties and freedoms without a “fight” is simply by over regulation (being protected from your food for your own good). 

Did you know, right now the government has implemented restrictions and regulations that limit your ability to grow your own food on your own property? This over regulation is choking the life out of each of our abilities to “do-it-yourself”. 

Now with the worldwide food shortage, the dollar crashing, the economy crashing, millions of Americans unable to afford food, homes lost, jobs lost, and the unprecedented incidents of natural disasters, millions of Americans are doing everything they can to just survive and prepare for an uncertain future. Food, of course, is the most important and absolute dependency that requires the greatest urgency of preparation for each of us. 

The answer to this dilemma is the same right now as it has been for the last couple of years. “Do it yourself” – store a supply of food while you still can, and “grow it yourself” while you still can. It’s becoming obvious that the time each of us has to act “for ourselves” is drastically being cut shorter and shorter.

The signs are flashing before your eyes. Act now before the lights go out.

So the government is shutting down a religious organization’s ability to practice it’s religion. Let’s consider the timing of all this. Let’s count the scandals and then ask a simple question after that.

• Benghazi
• IRS audits of religous organizations
• IRS audits of Patriot Groups
• DHS wasting money
• Pigford (agricultural loans given to friends)
• Obamacare folding faster than a cheap suit
• Anything else that may happen tomorrow

And the one question is this: If these are in the headlines, won’t they keep out food confiscation stories? As long as their is a bigger distraction then the MSM will not cover this. Mainly because they are not preppers. They are the little parasites that feed off the body America. The media takes advertising dollars and give nothing of substance back.

Don’t count on this being publicized far and wide. Just be ready by following these simple steps:

1. Hide your food
2. Burn any inventory lists that you may have
3. Hide your guns
4. Make an inventory of the guns you “had”
5. Make a fake “Bill of Sale” to someone else spanning the last 8 months for these guns. Go through the obits and take names of people that are roughly your age that may have died within the last few weeks (use the archive feature).

“Why did you sell your guns?” They may ask. “Because we needed the money for bills”

They can lie until the Second Coming. It doesn’t mean you can’t. This is not a war. This is one battle of the war.
