PROOF, U.S. UNIVERSITIES ARE SPYBOTS FOR DHS and DOJ, w/ Talk Show Hosts.

I Have Proof That The Department of Homeland Security Agency, and Department of Justice  are Cyber Spying with US Universities, and with Private Contractors.  This could go  beyond the PRISM whistleblower  Edward Snowden’s exposure of the serious violations of our constitution.

Yes It is true that they are using Universities as Cyber SPYBOTS.  My theory is that the criminal government IS using the Universities to preform spy activity on controversial Ex Patriot Radio Talk Show Host, dr Meno.  This is done to disguise the source of the listener. I have logged in  a pattern of listening hours from the DOJ and HSA as for the Universities.  The listening habits, logged-in-hours,  are uncanny similar.

They are most likely  threatening  the Universities to do the spying,  or their funding may be cut.  Also it is a way for the Universities to get funding  for contracted services. I have caught several Universities, DHS and the DOJ listening in on my radio broadcast, www.radiopacsur.com,  several times.   See the logs below.

My first suspicion was that, NO ONE,  I SAY NO ONE,  listens to me all day, all weekend,  OR all week, without interruption of connection, 24 hrs at a time.  OR exactly in 12 hour increments. No one listens for 10-12 hours at a time or for  24 hours at a time.   NOBODY.  I AM NOT THAT POPULAR. 

I ask the listeners  to send me an email to prove they are not SPYBOTS.  I say derogatory statements to the listener of these IP sources  without any response.  The last logged in suspected SPYBOT institution was Central Oklahoma University in Edmond.  But they have not been logged in since the tornado.  AND accusing them of SPYBOTING

So maybe Russia was curious to why the USA was listening to me, and decided to listen in themselves. This may be proof Russia is spying on the USA.  Russia noticed the SPYBOTS  curiousity to monitor my activity. Then they had to see what was their curiousity.
