The phase now will use those same assets and others to raid iran and lebanon,eliminating any further logistics threats to empire from mideast..the issis groups are funded by all of those and took out dictators and infrastructure of dyria and libya first,after egypt so called uprising. So all are corraled and hogtied until the final loophole closed by no later than 2017.
