URGENT! Amtrak Accident or Amtrak ATTACK?

Why did the FBI issue a warning about potential terror attacks using derailment equipment five days before Philadelphia Amtrax derailment, yet not linking the two together?

A train derailment near Philadelphia last night has now claimed another victim, leaving the death count at seven so far. More than 200 others were injured, eight critically, as the service derailed on a bend on Tuesday night. The train was travelling on one of the US’s busiest rail links between NYC and Washington.

Now, when I first seen this story this morning i gauged the media coverage and nothing immediately struck me as suspicious.

However, i was contacted by the one and only NanoGirl this afternoon and what she showed me raises a lot of questions and leads me to speculate as to what occurred in this crash.
