I noticed the one sided features in the unedited image so it made think of mirroring.
I then thought maybe its a clue so i decided to mirror the image. And i see a demon thing. And some weird head stuff. CHECK BEHIND THE M, its looks like a gremlin. wearing a cloak with arms and legs. WHAT THE F!
Their also appears to be a being between her eyes.
