There will be a serious investigation on the death of Judge Antonin Scalia.  
Larry Nichols claims that when he was working secret clandestine operations with the cocaine and arms.  Along with the controversal  dealings with Iran to fund the over throw of the Sandinistas in Nicaragua.  Larry  actually fought with the Contras in Southern Nicaragua.  He confirms that they also fought along with the guerrillas of the native Miskito tribe.  Arming and funding the fight against the Sandinistas.  When they were running away from the Sandinistas, they  fled across the border to Northern Costa Rica.  There was a  safe heaven in a 5000 acre ranch, with landing strips,  owned  by John Hull. This ranch was used as an arm drop off point to be distributed to the contras, AND a drop off point for cocaine going to the USA.   A January 1989 cable to Headquarters reported that the Costa Rican Government had arrested Hull on charges that included illegal arms and narcotics trafficking. According to the cable, the chief of the Costa Rican Office of Judicial Investigation had said that Hull’s arrest was “based on testimony of known narcotics traffickers arrested in Miami.” These traffickers had alleged that Hull allowed “aircraft to utilize his property . .. for transit of drugs to USA.”.  NOW here is where the Scalia connection picks up.   John Hull was  with  a silent partner named  John B. Poindexter , Not to be mistaken by Admiral Poindexter.  But the very same man that owned the Cibolo Creek ranch  where Scalia died.  Poindexter was involved in many secret CIA operations during the  Viet Nam war as a Green Beret.  He is a donator to the Democrat party.  He was awarded a special honour from Obama.   He is involved in secret brokerage firms operated by the CIA.
So here this too. Oscar Arias was president during this period.  He allowed th eCIA to move drugs and arms thru his country.  Then he get a Noble Peace prise for helping the CIA involved in criminal activity.
