11. Skull and Bones Society

Skull and Bones is a secret society at Yale University for only 15 elite senior undergraduates each year that are selected. This secret society began in 1832 with General William Huntington Russell and Alphonso Taft as the founder.  The members of the society are commonly referred to as bonesmen and their main facility is referred to as the tomb. New member must drink fake blood from a real skull. They get their name because rumor has it that they go out at night and steal bones Some claim that the Skull and Bones society is focused on a conspiracy for world control and is a branch of the illuminati. Some even claim that this group has direct control over the CIA and assert their connections in order to gain power. What goes on behind closed doors, is of.. course a secret. Would it surprise anyone George Bush Jr and John Kerry were both members of the skull and bones society and they were the two main candidates for an election

10. Bohemian Grove

As you will notice throughout the video, most of these secret societies has some particular requirements to get in. If anyone could be a member, it wouldn’t be too secret, now would it. Bohemian Grove is a campground located in Monte Rio, California, armed by guards and originally began as a men’s art club. This grove also hosts gatherings of some of the most influential men in the world. But first you need to pay the $25 thousand dollar initiation fee, be male, be powerful and be republican. According to a Sonoma state Sociologist professor, “ the secret society” is nothing short of a global dominance group. The group is at 2.500 strong and some members included presidents, Clint Eastwood, Henry Kissinger and Jack London. Plots of global domination are discussed  among the cover of beautiful redwood trees.

9. Anonymous

Everyone has heard of anonymous but no knows exactly who is in the group since they cover their face in the Guy Fawkes mask made famous from V from Vendetta. This secret society has made themselves famous from hacking into computers of famous people or starting a war against certain targets like ISIS. They’ve reportedly shut down Twitter accounts of ISIS. They see themselves as a cyber militia. Their first target was the Church of Scientology and Tom Cruise. They also revealed Donald Trump’s social security number and private phone numbers after declaring “total war”.

8. Room 39

Foreign Countries have their secret societies as well. Room 39 is a North Korean. Very little is known about this society because it is so secretive especially where the name comes from. Kim Il-Sung, Kim Jong-Il and Kim Jong-Un, the country’s only dictators, were the one’s in control of this society but they deny any wrongdoing. It’s believed that this group of people is involved in illegal activities such as counterfeiting and other ways to obtain foreign money. The super dollar was believed to be one of their creations and was almost impossible to detect that it was a fake bill. Other activities include, drug smuggling, and producing artificial drugs like methamphetamine. If North Korea were to get their hands on Nuclear Weapons, it would be from this group.

7. Russian Witch House Society

An underground music scene has struck Russia like a ton of bricks. It’s more of a subculture than a society but still mysterious none the less. This subculture is centered around drugs, sex, and a type of music called witch house would leave many people in shock. Witch house is a eerie, gothic type of electronic music that makes hot topic kids look like a bunch of wussies. The music usually includes lyrics in relation to witchcraft, shamanism, and horror inspired works of art to their videos. The parties are plagued by large amounts of drugs like methamphetamine, heroin, prescription drugs. Rape tends to be a common occurrence on during their underground parties and HIV is becoming an issue.What really happens at this new style of party still remains somewhat of a mystery.

6. Freemasons

The freemasons was one of the oldest secret societies that date back centuries ago. Founded in 1717 some members included founding fathers like Benjamin Franklin and George Washington. Some more modern figures include Winston Churchill, Franklin Roosevelt, Harry Houdini, George W. Bush and other powerful, influential elite men. A total of 15 presidents have been members of the Freemason society as well as the person who established the CIA. Some claim their power goes back to the bible, others claim they’ve committed horrible crimes. Some think they are the ones responsible for organizing our government. So what do all these influential people do when they meet together? They claim to know the truth about some mysteries like area 51 and the assassination of John F Kennedy. Some even claim the murders of Jack the Ripper were a masonic plot and murder has been part of the initiation.  

5. The Knight Templar

The Knights templar was likely formed in France and was a secret society of elite knights during the Crusades. They’ve pledged to commit their lives to a secret code after conquering the holy land or Jerusalem. The knights possibly excavated underneath the Temple of Solomon and could have uncovered secret artifacts that they keep hidden and secret. The Templars rose in wealth and power, controlling much land in the process. The Cross of Lorraine is their symbol and was often worn over their armor. Charles de Gaulle also used this cross as the symbol for the French Revolution. What are the Templar knights up to know and could they still be hiding some historical artifacts they don’t want us to know about?

Also known as OTO this secret society is dedicated to the advancement in securing liberty of the individual our personal advancement of wisdom, knowledge and understanding. They believe that whatever is done with someone’s life, it should be completely out of love. Religious symbols include ancient Egyptian gods and the devil. This is considered a religious and fraternal society and is difficult to say exactly where the origins began. Some claim it originated in Germany or Austria between 1895 and 1906 founded by a wealthy Austrian industrialist.This secret society is mostly known for it’s bizarre sexual rituals, which includes the worship of the phallus and sexual organs, a naked priestess, and teaching the magic of masturbation. 3. Hashshashin

The Hashshashin were a group of mysterious muslim assassins during the 13th Century AD. Did you just notice Hashshashin sort of sounds like assassin? Well that’s where the modern day word comes from. So you already know this one is going to be good.  In order to create a new utopian state, they secretly killed who ever stood in their way. They were a group of highly trained hitmen who would only kill when the time was right. They established strongholds in present day Iran, Syria, and Lebanon under one of their leaders Hasan Sabbah. In order to make some extra money, they didn’t mind occasionally working with christians like Richard the Lionheart. In order to strike fear into some of their enemies, they would place an assassin knife next to the target’s head while they were sleeping saying, “ ”. The group embraced striking terror into their enemies and sought after martyrdom after death.

2. Secret Masquerade Societies

If you’ve seen the movie, eyes wide shut, than you probably are familiar with the film eyes wide shut. Hidden in secret locations lie lavish masquerade parties, where groups of people conceal their identity and partake in orgies or other bizarre rituals. Concealing your true identity is key here since people from the community do not want the secret to be revealed. People who were previously worried about what people would think about them, suddenly lose all that fear and partake in borderline illegal activities. You might even run into you’re own wife and never know! These are often held in enormous mansions. And getting into one, might cost a pretty penny. You can see in this photo here the type of mask one would be wearing during a masquerade underground party. They usually prefer the Venetian carnival mask, which might be a tad creepy, but still seductive.

Probably the most ridiculed and well-known secret society, the actions that take place during the meetings are upheld in the utmost confidence one could imagine. But what do we actually know about the illuminati. People aren’t even allowed to say they are a member of the illuminati. In Germany 1776,  by Johann Adam Weishaupt invited only Europe’s most “enlightened” thinkers at that time.  the society was originally named the order of the illuminati but was shut down by the king only a few years later, meaning the group had to become even more secretive. The ideas of the original illuminati are completely the opposite what we portray the illuminati to be today, actually opposing the abuse of state power Many believe the illuminati still exist and are infiltrating world governments to create a new world order.
