President Eisenhower's Close Encounters

Did President Eisenhower meet with Extraterrestrials?  Rumors abound, but according to author Paul Blake Smith this is much more than a rumor.  These meetings occurred and an agreement of total secrecy was reached that continues to this day. Smith makes a compelling case for Eisenhower’s meetings and there is reason to believe that Eisenhower did not want the public to know fearing nationwide chaos.
