JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon said in his annual shareholder letter Tuesday that the government may need to seize private property to advance clean energy initiatives.  

Dimon discussed the need to quickly begin investing in solar projects and other green initiatives and suggested that the government should use eminent domain to seize property for those projects.

Note: An example in Arkansas would be the Nimbus Wind Farm in Carroll County. The wind farm just grew fangs, dear reader!

With eminent domain used for renewable energy, will that be more of our land for the Chinese?

Our country’s sovereignty is at stake, and America and her prosperity are being sold out! We desperately need constitutional legislation coming forth in order to save this nation.

Really, everything is at stake, dear readers. Transitions like:

• cash money going digital,

• energy with no fossil fuels allowed (liberal NY already banned gas stoves, so good luck cooking good food there),

• cars with no gasoline allowed (watch those Chinese lithium batteries pile up, folks),

• education (with our liberal universities being used as a pipeline for Marxism),  

• rural communities moved to cities (the government can keep an eye on you there), etc.

• and last but not least, American government transitioned to global government via the corrupt communist United Nations leaders and policies.

The irony that gas stoves would be banned and electric cars mandated, but communist Chinese Bitcoin miners can set up shop and suck up our natural resources and drain our energy grid dry is unbelievable.

Our money is at risk as we are watching our hard-earned savings and investments dwindle. Our land, energy, natural resources, health, religious liberties, and our indoctrinated children have been stolen.  And, as many of you already know, China’s exports have affected many countries. The U.S. has become way too dependent on their communist goods and drugs, thanks to the traitorous globalists, elitist corporations, and politicians directing and participating in the downfall of this country.

State Treasurer Dennis Milligan has stripped about $125 million out of money market accounts managed by New York-based BlackRock, Inc.

“Once we began to see BlackRock’s active global political activity (handpicking companies that aligned with their ESG beliefs and beliefs we feel most Arkansans are opposed to), we began divesting and were fully divested by March 1,” Milligan spokeswoman Stacy Peterson said in a written statement.

Look at this next plan of action. This secret freedom-robbing project that is being sprung on the government-controlled naive American public is called ”Project Hamilton,” a new form of central bank digital currencies.

So, behind our uniformed backs, a joint research effort between the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology did a technical feasibility study of central bank digital currency that is now complete.

Arkansas US Representative James French Hill – US House District AR 02 is the chair of the Digital Assets, Financial Technology, and Inclusion Sub-committee and under the House Financial Services Committee.

The Digital Assets, Financial Technology, and Inclusion Subcommittee’s jurisdiction will cover, among other things:

• Providing clear rules of the road among federal regulators for the digital asset ecosystem

• Developing policies that promote financial technology to reach undeserved communities

• Identifying best practices and policies that continue to strengthen diversity and inclusion in the digital asset ecosystem

Bill would ban Chinese and other foreign citizens from buying land in Arkansas

House Bill 1255, sponsored freshman Rep. Wade Andrews (R-Camden), is modeled on a bill recently filed in Texas and likely inspired by rhetoric from the likes of U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton, who introduced a bill last year with fellow Arkansas-native Sen. Tommy Tubberville (R-Alabama), which would ban members of the Chinese Communist Party or those acting on their behalf from purchasing land in the U.S.

There’s a legit policy conversation we could have over foreign ownership of agricultural land. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, foreign individuals and entities owned approximately 40 million acres, or 3.1%, of U.S. agriculture land in 2021. In Arkansas, 5% of the state’s agricultural land is foreign-held.

HB1255 was filed by Representative Wade Andrews (R) on 1/25/2023 at 3:42:05 PM.  On 1/25/2023 4:33:24 PM the bill was read the first time, rules suspended, read the second time and referred to the Committee on Insurance & Commerce-House. On 1/30/2023 8:37:52 AM, HB1255 was withdrawn by the author.

Who is Representative Wade Andrews? For some reason, HB1255 was withdrawn before the bill was heard at the Committee on Insurance & Commerce – House. HB1255 was and is a good pro-Arkansas and pro-American bill.

The questions are:

• Who pressured the author to withdraw HB1255?

• Who are the woke and communists sympathizers among the legislators?

We believe the U.S. Economic Development Administration is selling our communities right down the drain. Think about it…

AR Economic Development Commission (AEDC)

Operations: Change the title of our “Far East Trade/Ind Recruitment” line item to “Global Business Initiatives” and reallocate to that line $450,000 for both years of the biennium from Professional Fees. AEDC has offices in China, Japan, and Germany. These offices were paid for out of Professional Fees. The reallocation allows for better classification of these expenditures. Also requested: a decrease in appropriation for our Industry Training Program, the bulk of which has been transferred to Workforce Services; restoration of Grant and Aid and Capital Outlay to FY2017 Authorized.

AEDC has no business developing business deals with the (CCP) Chinese Communist Party. We need to be working with American companies to bring the manufacturing and jobs back to America. Legislation is needed to block the foreign ownership of any real estate or business in Arkansas.

The U.S. Department of Commerce is busy using billions of our taxpayer dollars to support (foreign) business growth and also working hand-in-hand with the U.S. Economic Development Administration. This trickles down to the state level and includes the Arkansas Economic Development Commission… then on the local front like the Harrison Planning Commission. On the local front in your community, you should make sure to visit these planning commissioners.

Also, on a local level here in Arkansas, we are seeing communities and towns, like Harrison, suffer at the hands of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC) trying to force the acceptance of Bitcoin mining.  AEDC has had a satellite office planted in communist Shanghai, China from 2008-2019.

For example, China held 383,935 acres (total acres for “US/China” and “China” in report 6), which is slightly less than 1 percent of foreign-held acres.
