This greedy little ring of players below will work to influence, manipulate, and convince our legislators that everything is okay; nothing to worry about or fear. Legislators, don’t be lured in by grandiose promises!

The agenda allows for Public Comment, so be sure to arrive at the meeting early and sign in on the roster if you wish to speak to the committee on this very important issue!

We see Representative Rick McClure of Malvern that sponsored the malevolent Act 851 of 2023: An Act to Create the Arkansas Data Centers Act of 2023.

The following people will be testifying before the committee:

1. Tom Harford, Founder and Board Member, Arkansas Blockchain Council and Cryptic Farms executive. (Don’t forget that Dr. Thomas Harford was fired from Columbia University for sexual charges filed by a student. Click here for the article. Is this the type of person that you want in your community?)

2. John Bethel, Director of Public Affairs, Entergy Arkansas 

3. Michael Marchand, Executive Director, Public Service Commission

4. Paul Gehring, Assistant Commissioner of Revenue Policy & Legal, Department of Finance and Administration

If those last two gentleman don’t step up and reveal the dark side of the environmentally unfriendly crypto facilities, then we know something shady is going on…

We suspect that the presenters, especially Thomas Harford, will intentionally be evasive and omit the dark side of bitcoin, just like they have always done before! Secure Arkansas believes that there could be financial incentives rewarded if things move along quickly. However, if a legislator ever agrees to receive a fractional interest from a communist Chinese owned bitcoin operation, they will become owned by the Chinese. Warning: A pro-crypto lobbyist’s task is to get people to invest in crypto and implement their crypto laws!

Our hope is that we still have non-greedy lawmakers in each state that can see through this diabolical plan and who still have courage and true convictions NOT to be part of this evil scheme planned for humanity.

We must remember: “For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs…” (1 Timothy 6:10)

Three questions for the Arkansas legislators:

1. Is Cryptic Farms bitcoin mining facility reselling electricity to consumers?

2. Will fees be passed on to the consumers when the bitcoin mining facilities have to shutdown because of an energy crunch? Look at Texas, because Texas has become home to crypto mining companies due to the state’s cheap electricity, just like Arkansas. So yes, the crypto mining facilities in Texas have raised annual power bills across the state.

3. Why do we need a middleman like Cryptic Farms negotiating our electricity? It looks like these shysters at Cryptic Farms can buy cheap power and resell it; so they ARE able to negotiate public and private rates schedules as well as manage the community engagement process to redirect power to resell it to users. A bulk energy procurement. From their website: “Cryptic negotiates Public and Private rate schedules, manages the community engagement process, and guides the approval process through Public Commissions and local decision makers.”

Regretfully, Texas is currently out 1.8 billion dollars. Bitcoin mining is literally eating up Texas, so please don’t let our state become victimized, too! Why are we, the consumers subsidizing bitcoin mining facilities in the first place?

The cryptocurrency blockchain was supposed to be impervious to fraud, but somebody forgot to tell the scammers.

Roughly $14 billion in fraudulent transactions occurred in the cryptocurrency world in 2021, up by 79% from a year earlier, according to data firm Chainalysis. Israeli software and cybersecurity concern Check Point Software Technologies, which is tracking the fraudulent activity, expects that number to grow this year.

Also, we need to look at our national permitting process closely for all tax-subsidized projects. The mayor of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and his team did an excellent job of research and stopped a communist Chinese owned bitcoin company, as they did not meet the intended zoning and other requirements.  The Chinese operatives threatened to sue the city; yet, there were no legal grounds.

Remember, these communist Chinese companies do not reflect the values of Americans.

While the world was watching, the U.S. House Financial Services Committee approved a pair of crypto-related bills on Wednesday, July 26, 2023. The Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act was introduced by RINO Republicans on July 20th. It was deceptively crafted to establish rules that outline what a crypto firm would need to register with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) or the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), depending on the services offered.

Shamefully, notice how the RINO “woke” Arkansas Congressman French Hill (banker), is slyly advancing the New World Order agenda, as he is a Biden-appointed United Nations representative: 

“We have crafted landmark legislation that establishes robust consumer protections and clear rules of the road for market participants while keeping innovation in the United States,” said French Hill (R-AR), Chair of the House Financial Services Committee. “I am proud that it has cleared its first hurdle today, passing out of committee with bipartisan support.”

There are only a handful of sinister entities/players controlling this vile crypto movement, and we believe they know bitcoin’s real purpose is:

• to destroy our planet, and

• to bankrupt personal, non-corporate small businesses; education foundations; and county, state, and our entire country’s finances.

This is to orchestrate a well-planned, mandated, digital system that will oversee every transaction and the tracking of our every movement.

Is the Biden administration hunting for malicious computer code it believes China has hidden deep inside the networks controlling power grids, communications systems and water supplies that feed American military bases, according to U.S. officials? The United States is divided up into three energy grids.

Back in December 2020, Energy Secretary Dan Brouillette issued a prohibition order that was designed to reduce the risks that entities associated with the People’s Republic of China pose to our Nation’s bulk-power system.

Secretary of Energy Signs Order to Mitigate Security Risks to the Nation’s Electric Grid 

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the U.S. Secretary of Energy Dan Brouillette issued a prohibition order designed to reduce the risks that entities associated with the People’s Republic of China pose to the Nation’s bulk-power system (BPS).  The order invokes the authority delegated to the Secretary by Executive Order 13920, Securing the United States Bulk-Power System (EO 13920), and takes effect January 16, 2021.  The order prohibits utilities that supply critical defense facilities (CDF) from procuring from the People’s Republic of China, specific BPS electric equipment that poses an undue risk to the BPS, the security or resilience of critical infrastructure, the economy, national security, or safety and security of Americans.

Eventually, the evil One World Currency could also be used to depopulate and terrorize us with sonic war weapons. Using this agenda, it would clear 50% or more of our land, especially rural areas. Moreover, it will drive humans into what are being called Smart or Freedom Cities per The Wildlands Project and own our property — homes, industrial, land that provides food (plant & animal) and remaining depleted water & all other resources — to fulfill the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) goal of, “You will own nothing!”  It is to ruin property values so they can buy it at bargain prices, then they can own it.  Their goal date was 2030, yet, we think it could be as soon as 2025 to catch us all off guard! This is why they are pushing their harmful agenda so rapidly, before people figure this out!  They have made significant progress…

Most of the green players who have signed the “woke” Biden-backed tax subsidized renewable energy contract always end up having a connection back to China! The wind farms, solar farms, or solar contract most likely will default on their property as designed, unless they were to have a top class attorney, but chances are they will still lose.

Did you know that right now, mechanic liens (and other legal tools) are being used on many wind farm owners? The wind farms have 30-50 year lease contracts, so China will have long-term control of our food and other resources! The wind farms also have deadly infra-sound radiation. Here is an example of contractors getting burned in Texas.

Just look around, and you will see no animals near these areas… and the vegetation becomes brown.

Warning: When the guaranteed Ponzi property tax defaults happen, China-aligned partners will become the owners of our American properties and of our precious resources.  

This will be a much bigger scam than the 1980′s banking crisis. Morgan Stanley (aligned with China) benefits most as they provide about 80% of the financial funding for these projects along with the remaining Wallstreet banks.  

Warren Buffet made billions of dollars on the last deal and most likely will again, with their planned event May 2024! Mr. Buffet is betting on solar; yet, he also has wind farm projects and owns utility Pacific Corp.  Since Warren Buffet and Bill Gates own the railroads from Canada to Mexico, will they ship our resources out of America to China or Saudi Arabia?  Perhaps, because they will not accept a non-backed payment in bitcoin, only hard assets? This should be a revelatory clue to the scam!

These shady projects begin with NDAs, ”illegal” non-disclosure agreements that affect public health and many times our public safety, and they should be a SUBSTANTIAL PUBLIC CONCERN. We believe these developer Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) should be proved to be a crime and a tort. In most cases, the NDA contract is unenforceable IF it’s requiring an employee to not report something that it’s their legal duty to report. Again, many non-disclosure agreements are illegal and void when they attempt to limit reporting of crime. A snippet from the link above:

There are also multiple public laws that include clauses that prohibit restrictions on federal employees to communicate to Congress or file whistleblower claims. In the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2016 (Public Law No. 114-113 § 713 (2015)), Congress prohibited funds appropriated by the Act for “a contract, grant, or cooperative agreement with an entity that requires employees or contractors of such entity seeking to report fraud, waste, or abuse to sign internal confidentiality agreements or statements prohibiting or otherwise restricting such employees or contractors from lawfully reporting such waste, fraud, or abuse.”

We absolutely need to stop the lack of community transparency BEFORE a project begins in order to stop the greater harms that will come!

Legislators, don’t flirt around with us NOT having any state revenue! There’s a LOT of irresponsibility and criminal fraud going on in this industry.

Cryptodamages: Monetary value estimates of the air pollution and human health impacts of cryptocurrency mining

Abstract  

Cryptocurrency mining uses significant amounts of energy as part of the proof-of-work time-stamping scheme to add new blocks to the chain. Expanding upon previously calculated energy use patterns for mining four prominent cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Monero), we estimate the per coin economic damages of air pollution emissions and associated human mortality and climate impacts of mining these cryptocurrencies in the US and China. Results indicate that in 2018, each $1 of Bitcoin value created was responsible for $0.49 in health and climate damages in the US and $0.37 in China. The similar value in China relative to the US occurs despite the extremely large disparity between the value of a statistical life estimate for the US relative to that of China. Further, with each cryptocurrency, the rising electricity requirements to produce a single coin can lead to an almost inevitable cliff of negative net social benefits, absent perpetual price increases. For example, in December 2018, our results illustrate a case (for Bitcoin) where the health and climate change “cryptodamages” roughly match each $1 of coin value created. We close with discussion of policy implications.

So, were our legislators told and do they understand that there is a high cost to this devilish crypto agenda? There’s a hefty $0.49 environmental and health damage costs for every crypto dollar made in this country. This imposes significant societal costs on all of us, even on those of us who wisely choose not to use bitcoin or cryptocurrencies!  Exposure to pollutants such as fine particulate matter has been linked to increased risk of premature death.

Also, one transaction takes 50 hours of electricity! We wonder if these facilities could have nothing to do with crypto but could be a cover for phone and internet computer backup surveillance…

Back in 2021, cryptocurrency miners annually produced 20,700 tons of e-waste, as much as the country of the Netherlands, and you can be sure these numbers have increased and will surely increase until the guaranteed bust comes. This e-waste is from computer chips (adding to the global shortage) and 1.29 year-old used-up computers.  Only 17% of e-waste gets recycled.

Polluted water is dumped on the ground from cooling the computers in the building that can seep into nearby fish-laden streams, ponds, and other water, etc. It takes a LOT of water to flush out the lines and fill the cooling lines to start the recirculating system.

Legislators, especially Representative Stephen Meeks from Greenbrier, what regulations do you have in place to control this over-consumption of water, or can you, since these Chinese companies are subsidized? This reason alone is enough to BAN crypto in Arkansas!

In June 2023, the communist Chinese company, Green Digital operation in Faulkner County, Arkansas, used 250,000 gallons water vs. their estimated 2,000 gallons.

Back in the U.S: Residents in New York say that Seneca Lake has heated up so much due to the increased power that the lake feels like a hot-tub.  The power plant there has been increasing its carbon emissions, up almost tenfold in 2020! So much for the great fishing, and now there’s the harmful effect of no fish or other amazing wildlife that was there previously. And what about the impact on tourism?

Caution, residents! Chinese bitcoin companies purposefully buy buildings in a town, city, or rural area next to the transformer of the electrical grid! They are offering a lot of money, too! The communist Chinese Green Digital did this in Harrison, Arkansas!  BEWARE! Monticello, BEWARE, too!

Unbelievably, these communist Chinese operations profit off incentives by the grid operator to prevent blackouts during an energy crunch that ends up driving up OUR electricity bills! And the Chinese operatives could change two components in our grid and then be talking to Shanghai or Bejing and take our grid down anytime!

Don’t forget: Bitcoin was banned in at least 10 countries!

We desperately need a rollout of nationwide training for suspicious companies wanting permits. We should learn how to look for the adversarial communist Chinese connection, the company filing origination, ownership, locations (how related), track names, etc.  If you dig, China seems to be always involved in renewables!  And it is never too late to review past subsidized renewable energy permits. Look for the communist Chinese connection previously. We are not prejudiced.

Legislators, this has become a national & international security risk. We must see if a company’s operations are lawfully accurate!  We must train people properly, or we will all pay an unrecoverable price!

In closing, legislators, only a bitcoin ban is effective; not decibel noise control, as tax subsidies and being “foreign companies” under “International law” make it difficult, if not impossible, to regulate anything or make them compliant.

Sadly… legislators, the laws you put in force could take this country down in a heartbeat.

And finally, legislators, whenever you are determining your decisions, always remember that our adversary, Red China, can always be found lurking around. Please stop this utter chaos… before it’s too late! What happens if all this turns out to be a total scam on Americans?
