In a shocking development, a leaked letter revealed that Maui County Officials have instructed the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to immediately halt posting images and videos related to the recent Maui wildfire disaster.

An individual who wishes to remain anonymous has shared an email from FEMA with Anthony Cabassa, Host of ‘Informed Daily’ on YouTube. The email was sent to a nonprofit organization that is headed to Maui to help with disaster relief efforts.

The content of the email is directed at those on the ground, urging them to STOP posting any images or videos of the disaster immediately. Justin Angel Knighten, Director of the Office of External Affairs at the Federal Emergency Management Agency, wrote the email.

Why the suppression of the TRUTH? People need to see what’s actually happening.

Directed energy weapons (DEWs), such as lasers, use energy fired at the speed of light. These energy weapons can produce force that ranges from deterrent, to damaging, to destructive. Many countries, including the U.S, have been researching their use.

Lieutenant Cale Hughes, Laser Weapons Systems Officer for the U.S. Navy explains: “Operationally, it works just like a laser pointer. There’s a chamber inside with special materials that release photons.”

And the laser is EXTREMELY accurate.

They’ve been working on these Directed Energy Weapons for quite a while. This 209-page report from 1987 mentions Maui: Report to the American Physical Society of the study group on science and technology of directed energy weapons. (Click on “PDF” in the small orange box.) On page S103:

A number of experiments conducted in 1984 and 1985 at Maui, Hawaii, involved the focusing and atmospheric correction of an optical beam shot through the atmosphere at moving aircraft, a space shuttle, or a sounding rocket. The experiments involved short wavelength laser beams (0.4 pm) and an output aperture of 0.5 m. They were successful in proving the validity of atmospheric compensation through the use of deformable mirrors for low intensity laser beams and relatively benign atmospheric turbulence. This is an important achievement, but crucial questions remain to be answered before the feasibility of actual systems can be contemplated.

Here we are with the United Nations involving itself in global affairs once again, including outer space, for so-called “peace”. And when it’s all said and done, if nothing changes, all of the weapons will be concentrated into the hands of a select few (not We the People who NEED to have them to defend ourselves).

The United Nations (U.N.) and the U.S. State Department have been trying to do away with our 2nd Amendment for a long, long time. In 1961, during the Nixon administration, State Department Document 7277 “Freedom from War” was created which calls for complete disarmament, and this includes ALL weapons. (Remember what happened in Australia and how they were disarmed???)

Are you curious about what countries ban guns? Brunei, Cambodia, Comoros, East Timor, Eritrea, Guinea-Bissau, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Nauru, North Korea, Palau, Solomon Islands, Somalia, and Vatican City… and more! And Russia as of 2023.

Disarming regular people can lead to genocide if you look back through history.

State Department Document 7277 of 1961 provides for progressive disarmament steps to take place in three stages and for the simultaneous strengthening of international institutions. This would be the strengthening of the U.N. Peacekeeping Forces. (“Peacekeeping”??? What an oxymoron! Good-bye, 2nd Amendment!) Do you think that this might be why so many groups and organizations are calling for an Article V Constitutional Convention?

Do you actually TRUST the current politicians promoting this issue of an Article V Convention — a federal constitutional convention? Surely you don’t… Talk about something being a risky process! You can bet that in the near future, with this hostile move, we will not be allowed to own guns; they will be confiscated, just like in other countries!

Whether it be a national leader or whoever speaks of “peace”, “freedom”, “a safer world”, and “a more peaceful world”… it is the 1961 General and Complete Disarmament Law to which they could be referring.

We are in Stage III of the disarmament, and this ties directly in with the U.N. goals of a One World Government.

STAGE III (Final Stage of DISARMAMENT!) The information below is taken directly from the “State Department Document 7277 “Freedom  from War”— from 62 YEARS AGO:

By the time Stage III has been completed, the confidence produced through a verified disarmament program, the acceptance of rules of peaceful international behavior, and the development of strengthened international peace-keeping processes within the framework of the U.N. should have reached a point where the states of the world can move forward to Stage III. In Stage III, progressive controlled disarmament and continuously developing principles and procedures of international law would proceed to a point where no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force and all international disputes would be settled according to the agreed principles of international conduct.

The progressive steps to be taken during the final phase of the disarmament program would be directed toward the attainment of a world in which:

(a) States would retain only those forces, non-nuclear armaments, and establishments required for the purpose of maintaining internal order; they would also support and provide agreed manpower for a U.N Peace Force.

(b) The U.N. Peace Force, equipped with agreed types and quantities of armaments, would be fully functioning.

(c) The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited except for those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the U.N. Peace Force and those required to maintain internal order. All other armaments would be destroyed or converted to peaceful purposes.

(d) The peacekeeping capabilities of the United Nations would be sufficiently strong and the obligations of all states under such arrangements sufficiently far-reaching as to assure peace and the just settlement of differences in a disarmed world.

Back to Maui: Sadly, it looks like many people in Lahaina died inside their dangerous electric smart cars that violently exploded during the chaos. Plus, we have heard that the police closed roads to block the desperate people from escaping the area. Moreover, the community water was completely turned off so the people could not help fight the fire in Lahaina.

Also, if you recall, the students were told to stay home that fatal day, so many terrified children were all alone when they perished in the intense fire. Survivors are saying that, had they been alerted, many lives could have been saved… if only. Did you know that the negligent/or militant Hawaiian government has touted that they have the largest system of outdoor public safety warning sirens in the world, that should sound in cases of danger. But, that day, they neglected to use it??? Whatever the evil government wants to use as their excuse, the emergency sirens were NOT sounded on August 8, 2023.

And what about the missing people??? Currently there are 2,025 children missing, according to the Hawaii State Department of Education! Local authorities are NOT being forthcoming regarding the unaccounted for, so the cover-up continues.

Seems the well-planned scenario has delivered just exactly what was ordered. Maybe this may sound extreme to some of you, but a prosecuting attorney couldn’t have a better case of mass genocide. Even the sinister governor called the area a war zone. Needless to say, fatalities are expected to rise.

The Hawaiian government is behaving suspiciously strange!

So, who’s behind this climate change agenda and pushing society towards net-zero? The global elitists, Wall Street, and the Central Bankers! And the goal for the climate change agenda is to consolidate wealth.

How is this wealth transfer occurring? In December 2021, the New York Stock Exchange announced a new class of asset which monetizes intrinsically valuable resources.

Natural Asset Corporations… What are they? According to THEM: ”Creating a new market whose assets generate trillions of dollars in ecosystem services annually.”

Natural Asset Companies (NACs) are fundamentally different than traditional companies because they are chartered to protect, restore, and grow the natural assets under their management to foster healthy ecosystems.

Natural assets (also known as natural capital) are a subset of green infrastructure and the stock of natural resources and ecosystems, such as forests or wetlands, that yield a flow of benefits to people. This could be the case with Lahaina.

So, who owns the assets? Individuals, companies, and governments own assets. So, stakeholders can buy natural resources and decide how to manage them or charge people to use them.

NACs will be newly formed, sustainable enterprises that hold the rights to the productivity and health of natural assets like land or marine areas. In this way, we could see huge areas of biodiversity and agricultural land around the world saved and regenerated. Early signs suggest a great deal of interest from investors looking for impact at scale, and the timing, with ESG and COP26 front of mind, may be perfect.

Natural Asset Companies: A Boon for Conservation or Just Another Way to Wring Profit from the Environment?  

You can now see that land and natural resources will be concentrated into the hands of a few…the godless global elite!  The people of Lahaina have done a good job of holding onto their land for decades and have refused to sell to powerful entities who have tried to purchase huge areas of their land. The richest 1% own almost half of the world’s wealth already, but they want MORE!… Will they kill to get it?

The beautiful and sacred site of Lahaina has been in dispute for quite some time now. The criminal actions taken by the predatorial government masquerading as public servants there are unacceptable and inexcusable. Take notice: in every crisis there IS a mass transfer of wealth, land, and/or assets.

Governor Green, where are the Maui children (rightful heirs to the native land), AND how many victims are missing?

The corrupt Hawaiian government should be removed from office immediately and prosecuted, especially the compromised governor, Josh Green.

Why was it planned that the students stay home from school that fatal day… but isn’t it strange that the governor was off the island of Maui and out of the war zone at the time of the attack that caused the fires?

Families have reported those missing to the authorities, but the government is covering up the true facts and statistics. They are NOT giving the names and ages of those killed, or should we say executed?

The militant-minded mayor and local government have no answers, but the deceptive Governor Josh Green says there are over 1,000 people missing, and some people may be lost forever!

Whenever the emergency alert system was intentionally NEVER sounded while the people burned to death, that should be a clue as to the sinister motives behind the destruction of Lahaina and its people.

Is there a motive for this mass genocide? What about this “Smart City” that Gov. Green wants to build? Proposing this takeover will lead to his undoing… Just watch.

Looking back, here’s an eye-opening timeline of events:

In January 2023, the Department of Hawaiian Homelands proposed a 75 million dollar Lahaina housing project on 51 acres, the same area that was later annihilated in August 2023.

On July 17, 2023, Governor Josh Green signed this EO Emergency Proclamation 155 which says the land can be taken away from the residents if they need to rezone due to an emergency.

Then on July 23, 2023 this manipulated information was released…

Housing action needed now against worsening crisis

It says:

Under the emergency proclamation, we will:

>> Appoint a lead housing officer to convene stakeholders to accelerate permitting processes, eliminate duplication, explore innovative approaches to increase the development of housing, share best practices, create working groups, prioritize housing projects, review accountability, encourage housing development and encourage transit-oriented development.

>> Create the Build Beyond Barriers Working Group comprised of city, county and state agencies to review and approve housing plans, permits and applications, and to certify projects.

>> Direct state agencies to prioritize housing reviews, plans, approvals and permit processing.

>> Allow third-party reviewers to be hired at state and county agencies.>> Call on state and county agencies to collaborate to address the housing crisis, and engage in discussions around mutual aid agreements and other assistance.

>> Create alternative processes for state historic preservation review and environmental reviews.

>> Suspend the State Procurement Code in coordination with the State Procurement Office.

>> Streamline processes for housing undertaken by the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corp., Department of Hawaiian Homelands, Hawaii Public Housing Authority, and Hawaii Community Development Authority.

>> Allow counties to approve District Boundary Amendments up to 100 acres.

>> Allow third-party reviewers to be hired at state and county agencies.

>> Allow multifamily residential development in business districts.

>> And, provide the flexibility to transfer resources as needed for the purposes of this proclamation.

The emergency proclamation will be in effect for 12 months, can be amended and changed, and must be re-signed by the governor every 60 days.

Then, on August 9, 2023, Maui News reported this: Housing working group to meet

Chief Housing Officer Nani Medeiros and members of the Build Beyond Barriers Working Group will hold a kick-off meeting from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday.

The working group will steward housing projects through the development process under the emergency housing proclamation issued by Gov. Josh Green in July in hopes of speeding up housing projects that don’t have environmental or cultural concerns.

The initial meeting will launch the working group and provide orientation for members. No project applications will be considered.

The next meeting for the working group is August 29, 2023.

Governor Green’s July proclamation granted the working group, Build Beyond Barriers, the ability to approve housing projects and expedite development by loosening regulations such as the need for environmental impact statements, the state public procurement code, the general excise tax and more; so, basically whatever he wants done there.

Green was usurping the Land Commission’s procedures so the government can remake/rebuild Lahaina into a 15-minute Smart City, or the land-grabbing government could designate Lahaina a UN Heritage Site!

This is a perfect example of betrayal. Behind the people’s backs, this sneaky little greedy governor knew what he was doing.

It’s critical for the global elite to install and build their controlling Smart cities, so no matter where you live, it’s up to us to do something about it.
