We are looking to our state legislators to enact legislation quickly. We beg you to quit playing politics at the Capitol and get down to business, close the loopholes, and do something about China which is pushing for global dominance!

The Communist Chinese plot to invade our state has been working splendidly via Bitcoin mining sites that were falsely labeled as data centers whenever deceitful legislation was passed to allow them here in Arkansas. 

Moreover, incidents of communist Chinese espionage far outnumber those by any other country.

So far as we can tell, only Syngenta Seeds, LLC, which is Chinese-owned (click for ChemChina) located in Craighead County has been dealt with here in Arkansas. And we can see that the self-reports are not working when looking at federal Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act (AFIDA) records.

Also, we must keep a close eye on those land leases to foreigners, too. Note: According to the Wall Street Journal, Syngenta has axed plans for a $9 billion initial public offering in Shanghai.

Arkansas is an agricultural state, and we had better sit up and take notice!

China is getting is a stronghold on our food, also! Let’s not forget the takeover of Smithfield Foods (a subsidiary of WH Group) and Tyson Foods, our pork and chicken industries. China is the leading pork producer worldwide.

Let’s take a look at Tyson Foods, Inc:

*Mentioned in a Secure Arkansas article dated September 2022, do you recall to whom Tyson Foods sold out their majority stake?? A Chinese company called Shandong Bao Shuan Group, and they own 79.5 percent of the company! The Tyson office is headquartered in Springdale, Arkansas.

Tyson Foods Inc., the largest producer in the U.S. for all kinds of meats, is buying a stake in Netherlands-based insect-protein company Protix BV. Protix BV describes itself “as leading the world in the technical aspects of insect production.”

The Protix CEO added, “the deal with Tyson is a “tipping point we have been working for.”  Yes, the Protix CEO is a World Economic Form (WEF) member! That statement tells us a lot.

If China controls most of the meat, will we eat bugs? No, we’ll pass; you can eat them…

And we’re sad to say that much of our harvested grain is sold to communist Chinese buyers at the buying stations. They can have front men that are Americans doing their bidding!

Let’s not forget that China is a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council! The United Nations has always wanted to globalize the world… so, since China is a permanent member of the UN Security Council, China was given a seat at the table with the World Trade Organization (WTO) in a globalizing world.

Communist China seems to be the chosen nation that the global elite want to use to globalize and dominate the world. Xi Jinping is happy to be chosen because he already feels entitled to this position among the New World Order leaders.

The takeaways from this video are that the Communist Chinese ARE buying land strategically:  they are purchasing our land at sky-high rates and driving the price of land up. So, if you go to purchase land, it will be too expensive for the average American to afford. In addition, it sends our tax rates soaring!

Notice to all states: Any country that poses a risk to the national security of the United States should be stopped from purchasing land here… period! Especially land near our military bases.

China is a threat both economically and militarily! China analyst Gordon Chang said, “The United States shouldn’t be enriching “a hostile regime” that is “configuring its military to kill Americans.”

Since China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2001, there has been a transfer of wealth from the American middle class to China in the TRILLIONS of dollars! China is a member of the WTO but has the status of a non-market economy, and it remains the world’s largest trading nation.

So who are Communist China’s biggest trading partners?

Destinations – In February 2024, China exported mostly to United States ($30.8B), Hong Kong ($15.1B), Japan ($9.57B), South Korea ($9.05B), and Vietnam ($8.23B), and imported mostly from Taiwan ($12.6B), United States ($11.9B), South Korea ($11.7B), Australia ($11.4B), and Japan ($10.3B).

Yes, Communist China violates the WTO rules quite often! How, you ask?

The committee is correct in reporting that China has often violated WTO rules and that it “uses an intricate web of industrial policies, including subsidies, forced technology transfer, and market access restrictions, to distort market behavior, achieve dominance in global markets, and increase US dependency on PRC imports.

It is equally correct in contending that “the PRC has failed to live up to its World Trade Organization (WTO) commitments by empowering its state‐owned enterprises, massively subsidizing its domestic industry, and closing its markets” while “at the same time, the CCP has pursued extensive industrial policies that provide low-cost—often free—capital and regulatory support to PRC companies, which puts US companies at a severe disadvantage globally.”

We should NOT allow Communist Chinese on our exchanges!

Are companies required to produce a China risk report? They should be required to do this risk report every quarter!

Fox News - How much of Disney is owned by China?  The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) owns 57%, Disney just 43%.

In closing, our national security is nothing but a joke with the Biden Administration in charge! The federal government refuses to execute its own laws.

Xi Jinping IS preparing for war and has been for a number of years. The CCP is ALREADY prepared for the “Great Reset” of nations and has planned to be THE world’s superpower.

It is incumbent upon us to secure our borders and open our eyes to all the organized crime pouring into our communities, particularly from Mexican drug cartels and communist Chinese crime syndicates.
